There is a Lot of racism in this fandom so yes it is extremely likely and not a reach to say that rohan is more popular than okuyasu because of his skin color and it’s very weird to deny that . Also that’s colorism not racism, words have meanings and anyway that’s still not true you’re reaching horribly, mista for example has a darker skin tone and he’s quite popular, more popular than fugo who is more light skinned in the anime, so maybe consider other reasons on why Rohan is more popular than okuyasu other than alleged “racism”.

Pucci example makes no sense bc he’s actually presented as very dark skinned in the manga, that is canon and intended, okuyasu didn’t have an “official” skin tone till anime was released, but skin tone varies in the manga and 3d games.

Even arguing that him being conventionally attractive makes more sense than calling people who prefer Rohan “racists”.
