Our baby girl is finally here and with God’s grace she is so perfect! After a long 9 months, Ella Rose Mann has now joined our little family. And now we want to share our labor and delivery vlog with all of you. It’s super emotional, so grab a box of tissues and watch when you’re ready! 

In today’s world, it’s natural to want more and more, but is there a secret on how to be happy with what you have? Whether you want to have more, travel more or do more, it’s easy to think having MORE of something will make you MORE satisfied. At what point is it enough? How do you find peace and satisfaction with where you are in life? It’s not always easy, but here are some tips on how to appreciate what you have. I’ve also compiled some of my favorite videos on incredible lessons the poor taught the rich – from kindness, appreciation and happiness. I hope this video below inspires you to be happier with what you have and remember that happiness is not a destination, but a way of life!

Traveling together as a couple can strengthen a relationship. Not only is traveling an exciting and fun way to spend time with the person you love, but it’s also healthy for your relationship. Travel can make you stronger, happier and closer in the long run. What was the last vacation or quick getaway you took with your partner? Comment below!

So what are the reasons why couples should travel together? Studies have shown that couples who travel together are happier overall are more likely to share they share similar goals and desires. That’s because doing things together releases dopamine, which is the brain chemical associated with happiness. Traveling is new and exciting and you start to associate that excitement with your partner and your relationship. You are more likely to see each other as their best friend. Most importantly it’s not about the sights you see, but the memories you create together!

Although it has its challenges, if done correctly working together can be one of the most rewarding experiences. In this post my girlfriend Laura and myself share our story of ”how we’ve succeeded as a couple-preneur” as the owners of LiveGlam.
