on We Heart It.

i am currently living in the aftermath of a really good dream. You know those dreams that feel so real, real enough that you swear your body has experienced the things that happened in the dream in real life and while you may have woken up from the dream, your head has never really come out of it. One of those dreams where the impossible becomes your natural reality, and the things that your heart has always longed for are finally indulged in. A dream where every part of your body is satisfied by the way the universe has perfectly laid out everything you have always hoped and wished for and given it to you. Like when your best friend finally loves you back the way you have been undyingly loving them for the past 4 years of your life. Or when stresses and anxieties are banished by a trusting relationship with someone that makes the troubles of the world just disappear like vapor in the air around you. But then you have to continue to wake up over and over again from this virtual reality and continue to live in the mediocre life that you live and pretend like thats not what you really want because it could never be a reality because you are too wary to keep your hopes up on a silly dream.
