Seatbelt Buckle is probably the sweetest adult in the entire building. He's considerate and joyful and he likes to make sure others are comfortable around him. He's very sensitive, though, and his feelings easily get hurt.

Bottle Cap is a stereotypical "chill dude". Very "Duuuude" very "Broooo". He and Yo-yo get along well and often hang out because they're so similar, but he is closest to Glowstick. He's pretty emotionally repressed and only really opens up to Yo-yo, as he fears Glowstick will think he's pathetic.

Solo Cup, at the base of her personality, is a caretaker. She gets easily overwhelmed though and struggles to keep all her kids focused. She's trying her best, but she feels like it's not enough. She tries her hardest to get on everyone's good side and avoids confrontation

Brass Knuckles is a prick. He sees himself as better than everyone else because he doesn't rely on the apartments as a home. He simply rented his while he was visiting the area. He finds the challenges and whole ordeal amusing at best.
