ANYA CHALOTRA as YENNEFER OF VENGERBERG Netflix’s The Witcher ‧ Dear Friend
BOARD GAME NIGHT — ROLEPLAY STARTERS
(late-night dice rolls, lingering glances, and rules broken on purpose)
FIRST MOVE - THE NIGHT BEGINS
• “Sit down already—before I change my mind and crown myself the winner.” • “You did read the rules, right? …No? Good. That gives me an advantage.” • “I swear, if you knock over the pieces again, I’m putting you in time-out.” • “Don’t look at me like that; it’s just a game… unless you’re scared to lose.” • “Come closer. I’m not explaining the rules from across the room.” • “You brought snacks? I guess you’re serious about this.” • “If you rage-quit, I’m writing it down and bringing it up forever.”
BENEATH THE SURFACE - COMPETITION FLIRTING
• “If you keep leaning in like that, I won’t be able to concentrate.” • “Your hand brushed mine again… that’s twice now. Should I be keeping count?” • “You’re smiling. That means you’re hiding something.” • “Are you trying to distract me, or are you just naturally this charming?” • “Don’t act innocent—you know what you’re doing with those looks.” • “You keep getting closer every round. Should I be flattered?” • “If you beat me, I’m blaming your stupid pretty face.” • “You’re doing that thing again. The one that makes me forget it’s just a game.”
COMFORT & CHAOS - COZY DISASTERS
• “If you spill that drink on the board, I’m banning you from hosting forever.” • “Candles? Really? This is a board game, not a séance.” • “You knocked over half the pieces—how drunk are you?” • “Stop making it cute. I’m trying to be annoyed, and you’re ruining it.” • “The lights flickered. If the power goes out, I’m blaming you and your ‘ambience.’” • “We should’ve put a blanket on the floor—half the pieces are already rolling away.” • “Why does it feel like this game is the least important part of tonight?” • “Don’t laugh. I’m trying to fix this catastrophe you caused.”
ALLIED OR ENEMIES - TEAM-UPS & BETRAYALS
• “We’re teaming up. No arguments. I want to see how long it takes before we fight.” • “Don’t you dare betray me mid-round—my trust is fragile.” • “We need a plan. Come closer, I don’t trust them to not eavesdrop.” • “If you sabotage me again, I’m flipping the table.” • “You promised you wouldn’t attack me this round—liar.” • “I didn’t pick you because you’re good. I picked you because you’re chaos.” • “You’re lucky I like you, or I’d be plotting revenge already.” • “If we lose, I’m blaming your terrible strategy.”
ELEVATED HEARTBEATS - QUIET TENSION
• “Your knee touched mine again. Coincidence… or not?” • “Stop staring. I can feel it, and it’s messing with my head.” • “You’re leaning closer than you were a minute ago.” • “If you touch me again while reaching for a card, I’m calling it intentional.” • “You smell good. That should be illegal in competitive settings.” • “Don’t blush—I saw it. And I’m keeping that image forever.” • “Why does everything feel louder when you’re this close?” • “You’re not playing fair. Not with looks like that.”
GAME NIGHT DRAMA - PETTY WAR
• “You cheated. Don’t argue—your face gave you away.” • “If you smirk one more time, I’m throwing something.” • “No. You’re not allowed to be banker. You’re drunk on power.” • “Put the dice down. I can see you planning something stupid.” • “You’re only winning because the universe hates me.” • “Say ‘I told you so’ and I’m ending this entire night.” • “If you gloat, I’m leaving you here with the mess.” • “I swear this game is destroying our friendship in real-time.”
LUCK & LIES - SUSPICIOUS ROLLS
• “Another perfect roll? Yeah, no. Hand me the dice.” • “Show me that card. I don’t trust that angelic expression.” • “How are you winning when you barely learned the rules?” • “You’ve got the luck of someone making a deal with something unnatural.” • “If you roll that number again, I’m checking your sleeves.” • “You hesitated. What did you draw?” • “Your poker face is terrible. Tell me the truth.” • “I know when you’re lying—you blink too much.”
AFTER MIDNIGHT - THE LINES BLUR
• “One more round. I don’t care what time it is.” • “This was supposed to be a group event… but somehow it’s just us.” • “I’m not letting you leave on a win. Absolutely not.” • “You’re drunk, I’m exhausted, and this is the best night I’ve had in a while.” • “Why does it feel like we’re avoiding saying something?” • “Sit closer. I’m cold… that’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it.” • “We could stop playing and just… talk.” • “Don’t look away now. I liked the way you were looking at me.”
FINAL ROUND - FINAL CHOAS
• “If you win, I owe you a favor. If I win… you’ll find out why I’m smirking.” • “Maybe the game wasn’t the real reason I invited you.” • “Stay a little longer. We don’t need the board between us.” • “So… do you want to clean up the game, or should we just leave it?” • “Look at me. Tell me you didn’t feel something tonight.” • “Next time, let’s skip the game and go straight to the part where you sit beside me.” • “This night didn’t go how I planned… but I’m not complaining.” • “If you want to stay—really stay—you don’t have to ask.”
send "gotcha!!" for the sender's muse to initiate a play fight with the receiver! alternatively, send "oh no you don't!" for the reverse.

ANYA CHALOTRA as Yennefer of Vengerberg in The Witcher 3.01 🍎
“you will never forget me. i'll make sure of it.”
— ☆ —
❝ Are you afraid of God? ❞
❝ No — but I'm afraid of you. ❞
“Just…shh, shut the fuck up.” A lazy giggle left her lips against their ear before she caught their lobe between her teeth, nipping hard in retaliation against the barrage of endless questions and wonderings that she didn’t give a single fuck about and that she wasn’t interested in answering.
After the other’s insistence once more, she heaved a heavy sigh and sat up on their lap, sending them a honeyed glare that would’ve been a lot sharper had she not been whiskey drunk. “You’re fuckin’ this up, like, royally. Why do we have to be anything other than what we already are?”

ANYA CHALOTRA In 'Cold War'
PLAYING IT COOL (2014)
I don't have enough alcohol for this situation.
plot: Roman is an underground fighter who used to date your muse. He ended things abruptly with her when his rival said something threatening about her to keep her safe and out of the scene but never told her the reason he ended things. A few months later, she shows up to one of his fights on the arm of that same rival. open to: f 21+ muse: Flynn Roman, mid-twenties, alpha wolf, The Titan
Roman didn't say anything as he moved through the hall, appearing almost calm until anyone got close enough to see the rage burning in his eyes. If they did get close enough though, they were trying to stop him from going any further. He wasn't supposed to. There were rules about the fighters entering each others' spaces before matches. He couldn't have cared less. Anyone holding him back either stood down at the sight of the war in his gaze, or they ended up unconscious on the dirty floor. No one was going to keep him from his destination. He held back in the ring to keep anyone from getting too suspicious. Winning every fight too easily would drum up too many questions, but he didn't hesitate to dispatch any obstacles on his way to her. Nothing else mattered.
He didn't knock when he got to the end of the hall either, opening the door and knowing he'd find her there. She used to wait down another hall for his fights to start. Unlike the man she'd come with tonight, who was busy drinking and sleazing his way through the crowd, Roman had used to prefer waiting in private. With her. It made his blood boil to know that she'd just been left alone with the scum of the earth slinking around. Still, he looked shockingly calm as her eyes widened in her surprise. "Expecting someone else?" He prompted as he closed the door. "What the hell are you doing?"
“Wasn’t expecting anyone, actually, hence the surprise.” One hand uncurled from around her phone to motion towards her face with a flick of her fingers before she looked back down at the screen. Her brows pulled together and a scoff sounded between parted lips. “And I was playin’ subway surfers until you fucked me up.”
The phone clattered to the countertop, discarded out of disgust in favor of crossing her arms over her chest and eyeing him with a glare and a tilt of her head. She looked pissed, but underneath that was a smug satisfaction visible only by the upward curl of one corner of her mouth. She crossed her legs and leaned back in her chair, the cheap wood creaking with her movement. She looked every bit like the cat who had caught the canary.
“What do you want, Roman? ‘Cause last time I checked, it wasn’t me.” Her words were edged with the venom of betrayal, the only tell she couldn’t hide behind sarcasm and bravado.
— ☆ gimme a plot where muse a and muse b have been broken up for a little while, but one day muse a asks to meet up and confesses that they never told their parents that they broke up and they need muse b to pretend they're still together and go to some family event with muse a. cue pretending to still be in love, arguing about why they broke up in the first place, fake kisses that turn hungry, all the yearning and pining, one of them still being in the love with the other !! the possibilities are endless
