The onlooker lights up. "How about doing it for 8 hours a day no matter what for the rest of your life?"

The tinkerer looks up from their work, brow furrowed. "Oh. No I don't think I wanna do anything that much."

"Oh weird. You might wanna get that checked. That could be a disorder."

The tinkerer stares blankly into the distance.

Bug type alterhumans/nonhumans should play Smalllands… In it, you play as a fairy/pixie type creature and have to survive a post-human natural world. Obviously this game would be perfect for pixies and fairies too! You can play it either by yourself or with friends who also own the game. It’s such a fun little game and has so many types of bugs you can interact with, and your character is as small or smaller than many of these bugs, so I’m sure it can provide a lot of euphoria.

Unfortunately, you do have to fight some of the bugs in the regular version of the game but there’s a mode you can toggle where every bug will be passive towards you unless you hit them, so you only have to fight them for story reasons or if you need the loot they drop. You can befriend bugs in all modes and ride them/care for them!

You can also collect armor inspired by bugs, so you essentially can wear ‘gear’ of your type. And you can eventually get wings and glide around!
