Breakfast doesn't have to look like "breakfast." Listening to your body is key when trying to stay on track with healthy eating, and this morning I was not into making or eating much. BUT I was still able to pack some necessary nutrients into my yummy liquid breakfast with stuff I had on hand: -Tea gummies made with yummy vanilla dandelion tea by @republicoftea - Decaf mocha with whipped cream (sweetened with stevia) - The Anti-Inflammatory broth from #butteryourbroth by @vibrantlifearmywife (HOT DAMN, THIS IS SO GOOD!) made with @tinstarfoods brown butter. TEA GUMMIES! SO yummy and easy. (yeasy...?) Not sure how to get a good picture of brown, gelatinous blobs, but you can trust that these are pretty tasty especially when made with this awesome liver supporting dandelion tea by @republicoftea 2 cups boiling water 3 tea bags 3-4 tbl grass fed gelatin 4 drops butterscotch stevia (optional) Boil water. Add water and tea bags to a mixing bowl to steep (per your tea brand's instructions.) Remove tea bags. Let the tea cool slightly, then slowly pour in gelatin while whisking ferociously until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into silicone molds and chill. Alternatively, you can pour this into a baking pan to chill, then cut into squares or use cookie cutters to cut out fun shapes! (I used three silicone molds for these: one shallow mold made for gummies, and two made for ice cubes, which are much deeper.) Do you like to make gummies?
