Risotto - still stuck in 2001 geocities era. signs off every single personal text post with  Яiȥ⊕††⊕ , title of his tumblr is +~+~+ ††† ....w e l c o m e   t o   m y   d a r k   a b o d e.... †††+~+~+ in a scrolling marquee text. horrendous tiny red and white text on black background layout. reblogged a bit and made a few personal posts back when he first signed up for tumblr, but now only ever goes on to check the other assassins’ tumblrs and ask them why they’re fucking around

Formaggio - logs on every once in a while, only follows absolute-funniest-posts and lolcat and every single variation of those blogs, or any blog that’s basically 9gag reposts. once he logs on he reblogs almost every post on his dashboard at once with HAHA FUCK LOOK AT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! added as a comment to every post, then he forgets he has a tumblr account until a few weeks to a few months afterwards. also reblogs the randomest stuff and tags them with “cool torture ideas! :)” his tumblr theme is the default one w/ the blue bg

Illuso - his favorite platform is livejournal but no one’s on livejournal anymore so he moved over to tumblr. blog is locked and only some of the other assassins r allowed to see his posts, although sporadically because he blocks and unblocks them whenever he feels like it. his posts are mostly personal and his tags for every reblog are essays in length and constant screaming. only risotto really comments seriously and sincerely on his posts because they are both angstlords. likes to send anon hate

Prosciutto - prefers pinterest but uses tumblr to repost pics from pinterest without source. reblogs shit like misattributed motivational quotes, black and white HD photos of a cup of coffee, vintage movie posters, along with pictures of clothes he wants. only person on the team to actually refer to maintaining a tumblr as “curating”. minimalist, hip yet not TOO hip black and white gallery tumblr theme. doesn’t get memes and begrudgingly asks pesci about them five months after they’re irrelevant

Pesci - reblogs every single thing prosciutto reblogs with a comment, no matter how unnecessary. also likes every single post his teammates reblog or make, no matter how much he actually likes it. aside from reblogging his teammates’ posts, also reblogs relatable personal posts or popular text posts. almost never makes his own posts. follows a lot of “fuckyeah____” tumblrs. his icon is still the circle thing with sunglasses. messages exclusively with fanmail

Melone - has a lot of RP blogs. every SINGLE LONELY FEMALE LOOKING FOR A GOOD TIME / F4M DYSTOPIAN FURRY OMEGAVERSE BONDAGE EGGLAYING WATERSPORTS RP spam post in every popular tag is actually made by him. says they’re all for research, but no one wants to question him too much about it. he prefers posting to sites like urbanbaby.com over tumblr but is constantly banned from every mom forum because he posts about things like feeding baby face pieces of the couch. he likes to tag random posts w/ his teammates’ names and leave them wondering what exactly he meant by that. since he’s tech savvy, he customized risotto’s blog’s layout to be the epic eyesore it is

Ghiaccio - tumblr popular. known for his essays, and thoughtful and logical arguments... somehow. also posts instagram-y pictures of his car and his shoes. all of his social media are linked and he also has twitter and instagram accounts. he gets a lot of free things to review. he tumblr saviors every single one of formaggio’s posts except for the lolcat ones. on the occasions he makes rageposts, they become viral and reposted to other places, which makes him angry. if he’s not on social media for a while, it’s because he pulverized his phone. none of his followers believe him when he says that because he seems so smart and cool-headed online... somehow

formaggio:

he's probably been a hood rat all his life. can be crude and lewd to the judgment of others on the team but risotto respects that he is from a similar difficult lower class background. formaggio's like the prankster older brother of the assassins when prosciutto's the hall monitor brother

the ability to make himself small was probably due to constant zipping, maneuvering, and hiding during thieving when he was younger. he also has a tendency towards hoarding and likes to make things small and put them all in one place. the assassins headquarters was probably completely flooded with his shit returning to their original size when he died (he has his own apartment for this reason, as well as because of other bad habits which the others don't want to deal with). he generally appears lazy but becomes very intense when he is emotional. although he seemingly has a carefree demeanor, he's actually very sensitive and will harbor intense grudges from being slighted. he laughs things off at first but gets revenge quickly. he has a complex about being looked down upon, which also contributes to his ability to make others small (and thus for him to become the one looking down on others). although formaggio resented being always underestimated by others at first, over time he has started to use it to his advantage. contrary to his attitude, he's actually one of the most sly, observant, and deductive members on the team

risotto lets him off easy on many of his lazy/erratic behaviors because he is a senior member of the group. 

little feet is most often used for reconnaissance and capturing targets alive. due to the length of time it takes for people to become small and the fact formaggio has to physically assault the target for it to take effect, little feet is actually not particularly suited for assassination. many of formaggio's direct confrontations have not worked out well and this is reflected in the many scars he has, most notably on his head (where he worries the hair can't grow back LOL). he is probably also the prime interrogator of the assassins, his "pets" are helpful for this

melone:

he came from a well off, extremely repressed religious family with an absent father and an abusive, controlling mother. baby face gets rid of its mother and searches out and kills its father, which reflects melone's thoughts towards his own parents. melone rebelled completely against his family and his stand's power to rearrange reflects his own desire to constantly change things about himself and the world around him. most of his knowledge is self-taught. he is open-minded and he loves to learn new things, a trait which he shares with his stand. he is not a natural blonde, his hair is naturally dark and curly but he bleaches and straightens his hair. he probably does something new to his hair and clothes every week due to chameleon like tendencies

melone is the tech guy of the assassins. his stand abilities are most often used for reconnaissance and his analytical ability is invaluable to the team. his kill rate is also very successful and his own body has never been exposed to true harm to the point he is almost as sheltered from actual killing as pesci is and panics when things go awry. the learned helplessness from an abusive childhood which resulted in the vengeful fantasies that ultimately birthed his powerful stand also makes it difficult for him to be physically aggressive. this is why he started panicking when he saw that snake and was unable to avoid its attack. melone can only truly attack in passive ways, in manipulation of others

can be surprisingly detached and clinical even towards his teammates to the point it probably pisses off people like prosciutto who preach loyalty, straightforwardness and teamwork (plz see his totally cold reaction to seeing prosciutto and pesci dead and subsequently describing the state of their bodies. he also had a line in the english translation that could've been interpreted as regretting the assassin team's decision to go after the boss "bring trish back to us! i've already chosen to walk this path with ghiaccio and risotto..." but maybe that's just me, and i don’t know if that translation is accurate??).

despite melone's touchy-feely, chatty outside he is someone whose true self and feelings remain distant from others. nevertheless, he is actually truly loyal, but just doesn’t show it very well. has a tendency towards passive aggressiveness. he acts like a masochist but he usually gets revenge indirectly

ghiaccio:

white album's ability to freeze everything to the point of not moving reflects his own superiority complex and how he finds other people so annoying and useless that they might as well stop being able to do anything. the protective suit also reflects ghiaccio's overwhelming desire for people to leave him alone in his own world. has a tendency towards being overstimulated by small things, which contributes to his desire for people to stop bothering him (and to have a suit protecting him from those things). perfectionist personality, driven to be the best. he's one of the few passione members who's from the very north of italy. despite uncouth manners he has an appreciation for the fine arts and literature and enjoys debating them with melone, who of the assassins is the most intellectual. ghiaccio has his moments of eloquence (THIS IS THE BEAUTY OF MY WHITE ALBUM! I DON'T CARE IF IT'S A GALLOPING HORSE OR FIERCE WAVES OF THE OCEAN, THEY WILL ALL STOP!) but they are eclipsed by his profanity-laden rages. he becomes angered quickly but he forgets grudges and slights just as fast

horribly unobservant, which makes him completely unsuited for reconnaissance or basically anything other than assassination. (also never notices melone's new haircuts much to melone's disappointment) due to overconfidence, ghiaccio has almost no stealth skills and prefers to appear loudly right in front of his targets. risotto hates it but he lets it slide since ghiaccio is always successful

has highest kill rate after risotto, who's been in the assassination game for much longer and whose methods are the ones clients ask for because they're more low key and can mimic non stand assassination methods. never lets anyone forget about this fact. was probably kept around second to last by risotto due to his incredible power that could rival the boss, while the weaker members of the team were sent out first to take on buccellati's group. however, ghiaccio also has an element of instability due to being careless (see him driving a bright yellow car and blocking up a whole highway during a mission) and unobservant, so risotto prefers to keep him on a tight leash whenever possible 

prosciutto:

due to the unwieldiness of his stand he often employs more traditional methods of assassination to supplement the grateful dead's abilities. this led to his death because his natural instinct was to go for mista's gun to shoot a guy whose ability is to control bullets instead of just squashing that ass w/ the grateful dead smh. he is also probably one of the quickest hand to hand combatants of the assassins (but slow on his feet). unless it attracts too much attention he doesn't care about causing unnecessary casualties with his stand but risotto does and forces him to curb it unless in extreme situations (like going after a team that killed two of their teammates) or to kill many people at once, like if the target is an entire opposing gang. since the grateful dead eventually causes one to age until they decay into nothing, it's possible that prosciutto can have his enemies completely disappear with enough intense application of his stand. the grateful dead may have been used for clean up after missions, if all evidence was supposed to be destroyed

risotto prefers to deploy him with someone who can temper the unnecessary destructiveness of the grateful dead

being well spoken, cool headed under duress, and dressed the most traditionally of his team prosciutto may have handled many of the bureaucratic matters regarding assassination, such as negotiating with client organizations or higher ups (this would certainly fit into the image of the 2nd in command image common in fandom). risotto dislikes meeting people face to face and prefers to do the paperwork and internal decision making of the team. however this also makes prosciutto the most opinionated about team decisions and he doesn't hesitate to criticize risotto.  

prosciutto has a tendency to be very blunt and critical to the point of nagging. he usually doesn't backpedal unless it's pesci, who (although he won't admit it) somehow makes him feel pretty bad about being a meaniepoohead

favors gucci brand products. due to his die young attitude and taste for luxury he possibly has problems managing money... his bank account just seems to dry up... like what his stand ability does to living things <o>_<o>

pesci:

came from a lower class to middle class fisherman background. similarly to risotto, he clings onto childhood memories, which eventually formed the entire basis of his stand

came from a loving family (possibly spoiled by them, why prosciutto calls him a mammone) however he has become separated from them to pay off their debts to the mafia. his love for his blood relations keeps him in an occupation for which he has no aptitude for and for this prosciutto admires him and puts up with his more cowardly behaviors. has a tendency to latch dangerously onto someone who will show him kindness, often to the point of destructiveness, like beach boy's ability

up until the train fight, prosciutto did all the heavy lifting and protected him. pesci, with his more intimidating appearance and already formidable stand, was mostly for being a distraction to enemies, a lure so to speak, so prosciutto (whose stand is too slow and attention-provoking for frontal attacks) could sneak up from behind and finish them off. although prosciutto hoped to capitalize on beach boy's incredible assassination potential one day. up until the train fight beach boy was mostly used for tracking, scoping out targets or stealing convenient objects in missions. still super duper useful, but pesci could've been one of the biggest threats in the team. theoretically, beach boy could even defeat white album, as it would be able to phase through ghiaccio's suit (white album gently weeps could probably stop it but i'm not sure/dont remember if it works on stands??? HM) 

pesci primarily works with prosciutto because risotto prefers to work alone, ghiaccio has no patience and is far too abrasive and condescending for someone with pesci's self-esteem, melone also has a long range tracking stand so their powers are a bit redundant when used in conjunction, formaggio is unreliable, illuso is overly negative, and sorbet and gelato have such an established rapport with each other he feels awkward when working around them and their meaningful eye contact conversations

even though prosciutto is supposed to be the mentor, pesci also serves the function of forcing prosciutto to act more moderately during missions and not rely so much on his "intuition" which can often become straight up impulsiveness 

risotto:

risotto is the jack of almost all trades in the team. metallica is useful in nearly all areas of assassination. its abilities are often used to disable security cameras and other technology or even mimic gun or knife deaths to throw off suspicion. however, risotto's ability to mess with technology also makes him pretty inept with them aside from wrecking them or reshaping them. he's kind of old fashioned and makes the other members of his team deal with that sort of thing. he even sought out cannolo murolo to digitally piece together the photo of the lion statue for him (i will choose to ignore the other PHF thing about him that says he's hollow inside because his stand takes the form of multiple beings).

risotto could probably forge lira coins or rob ATMs easily with his power, so getting (similarly ill gotten) money with increased territorial control was probably not of particular concern for him. he is also comfortable living frugally so he doesn’t take more money than needed. however, he has a strong sense of being owed what is due to him, and doesn’t like to “cheat,” unlike many of the other members of his team. i also think he started to dislike assassination and wanted increased territorial control so he and his team could stop having to do it. jobs were too few and far in between to make the risks and messiness worth it. additionally, it would also probably bother him on some level to cause the families of his targets the same amount of pain the drunk driver did to him, but intentionally and constantly. some of this is reflected in his actively avoiding killing children unless he has to (as seen with his initial interaction with doppio)
