Taking and sharing nude photos without consent, is a sex crime.
Justin Bieber is a guy, so he won’t face the same stigma or slut shaming a girl would, but that doesn’t make it okay.
Whether he poses for nude pictures or not, whether he takes underwear shots or not, consent is everything.
Men don’t want dick pics, and naked photos of them splashed for billions of people to see without their permission, and they shouldn’t have to.
Sure, he’ll probably just laugh it off, because that’s the quickest way to get it out of the spotlight, but he shouldn’t have to.
It’s embarrassing, humiliating, violating.
Photos of female celebrities are leaked, illegally taken and shared all the time. They are shamed, harassed, bullied and violated, BUT there are still those who come to their defense, as we all should.
In this case, because it’s a man, people are treating it as a joke. “Eww he’s ugly anyway” or “I hate him who gives a shit” or “OMG i love him and now he’s naked”
There are stereotypes about women and their bodies, thus a leak of private photos is always a “scandal” we don’t see it as what is is, a crime.

Taking nude photos, sharing them without consent, is wrong. Man or Woman.
