There will always be territorial dispute. We are, and will always be, wolves. Nothing can change what is in our nature; even if those disputes appear trivial at this point. To answer your question, yes, I am aware of the dispute. I'm also aware of the hybrids you have spoken of. I take no responsibility for them - we are no longer the same species the moment they decide to sire themselves to Klaus.

I have no ill intentions for those that follow you, wolf-kin.  Your species… your predecessors, they were once among my favored.  But you — you would protect all of them?  Are you so certain you would take responsibility for each of them?

It has become my priority to protect my species from the growing threats that have emerged into the city. I would hope that you are not one of those threats.
