Dear diary...

I am not okay.

But I always have to pretend I am. And it's exhausting.

I don't know how much longer I can do this.

I’m currently mad at my dietitian, I told her I don’t eat the trays cus they’re gross 🤢 af so now I have to drink 3 supplements 3 times a day (ensure clear, chocolate glucerna & Gatorade) I told her I wanted to lose weight but she said no I need to maintain. She’s coming back Friday so maybe we can go over our menus. She’s also afraid of me aspirating Bcus of my dysphagia
