ive got 99 problems and losing weight would solve all of them.

school starts soon. i have 1 month to get back in shape. anyone can help me?

(healthy tips only bc i dont wanna ruin my metabolism again)

i work til 4 pm so i think i should go for a walk/ride every evening. i hate execising so i think this is the best for me.

also i will restrict to 1200 calories a day and try to eat healthy.

(but can't guarantee the healthy food part cause my parents only buy trash)
