Yes I’m back with more from the depths of hell
Set alarms, eat something (even if small) every 4-6 hours
Set more or follow @drinksomefuckingwater with notifications on and drink your daily 8 glasses
Buy your favorite fruit, enough to last a week, eat one/day
Have a set bed time
Have a set bed time. I cannot stress this enough.
Look at something cute or pleasing twice a day for 5 minutes. Once before you get out of bed, once before you go to bed. Trust me.
Brush your teeth and hair. I know it’s difficult. But it pays off.
Do your laundry twice a week. Every week.
Green tea has genuinely fucking helped me get up in the mornings
Have a stress toy, such as this
Wash your hair
Wash your face (I use this face wash & this sponge)
Buy gummy vitamins for kids, take one/day
Open your curtains/blinds for an hour
Stop eating only takeout, get up, stretch, make yourself something (Come into my inbox and I will GIVE you recipes)

Helpful products I genuinely suggest you try (Supplements etc):
Calm Now - Helps with stress, anxiety, and clearing minds. I have personally taken this after a panic attack, after I usually have tremors etc for hours but this time I was much better (Ask me if you want more details)
Drift Off - Helps wind down and sleep (and stay asleep!) I’ve taken this as well, it helped me get to sleep on time and fall asleep instead of fearing sleep due to nightmares.
Neuro-Peak - For memory, concentration and overall brain support. I haven’t tried this one but I’m considering it.
The company that produces those three products have made a pretty big difference in my aunt’s life. She’s going back to the doctor soon to get support, however, she is much much better now. She is diagnosed with bipolar and depression, and tends to get anxiety bouts. She swears by most of their products.
