A first for de’Medici

We are excited to announce that traditional Italian pizza is now on the menu! This is the first time ever we have started serving pizza at our restaurant.

How we do pizza

In order to get high-quality pizza, you start with the ingredients and the method of preparation. We use the freshest ingredients, make our dough fresh in house, and cook the pizza in a stone oven. There’s nothing better than making pizza the right way, the authentic way.

Updated Hours: We will be open 5 days a week, on Wednesday and Thursday, we will be open at 5 p.m.- Close and Friday-Sunday we are going to open from 4 p.m. – Close.

  Join us at de’Medici Italian Restaurant for a memorable, romantic celebration of your love for one another as our chefs prepare flavorful, authentic recipes reminiscent of the Italy of old.  Escape from the rush and roar of your daily life to a magical night where you will be indulged from start to finish by our warm, inviting staff.

  What to Expect

  We will be serving a pre-fixe menu only on Valentine’s Day, Friday 2/14 and the pre-fixe menu will extend to Saturday 2/15, and on Saturday our regular full dinner menu will also be available. The meal will begin with a choice of an appetizer, followed by a selection of salad or soup, followed by a choice of eight delicious main courses and finally your choice of cheesecake or gelato berries for dessert!

There’s nothing like the sweet, rich and creamy sensation that is an authentic Italian cannoli from de’Medici. Our signature dessert features ricotta cheese mixed with chocolate chips, Italian cinnamon, fresh whipped cream then filled into a homemade cannoli shell and topped with powdered sugar.

  It’s not too late to enjoy a 3-course fine dining experience at de’Medici as part of San Diego Restaurant Week 2020.  Choose from a selection of our most popular menu items like LOBSTER BISQUE, POLLO alla PARMIGIANA, SCALOPPINE alla MARSALA,  and more.  A pre-fixe 3-course dinner – special Restaurant Week menu – is only $40 per person.
