and so i can justify tagging this post with the fandom tags so people see it, you wanna know what i've been thinking about in the last week? still arcane. still vi. specifically how through so much of her trauma, there's this recurring theme where she's physically trapped and unable to do anything to change what's happening around her

she's a 100% action oriented person who only ever wants to be DOING things to help the people she loves. but she can't, over and over again. it hurts me a lot! and now it can hurt you too kbyeee

#glad this party is up and running again 🙌#i never thought about vi's trauma in that way!!#this really does hurt #also interesting to note that each of these instances happened soon after vi left someone she cares about behind #either to protect them or go sacrifice herself #the first three being linked to jinx and the last to caitlyn #also the fact that the first time jinx trapped vi it was an accident and the second time it was on purpose 😭#one of her biggest strengths is her ability to take action quickly and think on her feet #but the biggest challenges she's faced were where she was physically helpless #and i think she blames herself for not being able to take action #THE PAIN #vi arcane #arcane analysis #arcane

Ever since I read a post saying "don't trust yourself after 9pm" whenever I find myself spiralling at 2am I check the time, see it's after 9pm, and remember not to trust myself and just go to sleep. Works wonders. The problems are never as bad in the morning.

#it depends on the height difference #if the person is of similar height then i usually go one over and one under #it also depends on who goes in for the hug first because if the other person goes over then you have to adapt and go under #i'm on the taller side so i generally hug over the shoulders #idk i kinda avoid hugging under even if the person is a bit taller than me because i feel hugging under is more intimate?#so i only feel comfortable hugging under with certain people #one over one under is the perfect compromise #the science of hugs lol
