I've been reading the Project Hail Mary novel, and so far my absolute favorite scene has been in chapter 11 when Grace tries to teach Rocky about units of measurement on Earth by giving him a tape measure, which is a complete failure (Rocky couldn't see the ink on it) but inadvertently leads Grace to figuring out how Eridian "sight" works, and as Grace is having these huge breakthroughs on Eridian biology my man Rocky is having the time of his LIFE with this tape measure

I made a Grace mii for my island a few days ago, so naturally Rocky is next up! :D Originally I was planning on making him as a pet, but the more I thought about it the more I hated that idea, because, A) In my experience, my miis don't tend to bring out the pets in their inventories very often, and I love Rocky too much to only see him every once in a while, and B) Rocky is not Grace's pet. Grace is Rocky's pet. I don't make the rules.
