I’ve had some personal things going on lately and have been struggling, and think that maybe it’s time I use this platform for a different reason. Mental health is a real thing. Be aware of your thoughts and feelings. Don’t let things build up. It will get too heavy and you will crack. I wish I could go back and tell myself to FEEL. But I was too busy. Now I’m feeling it all and it’s overwhelming. It’s a lot. But I’ve got this and I’ll get through it. I just want to help anyone I can to understand that it is OKAY not to be OKAY.
