i don’t want to talk to anyone about it because i don’t want to bug them or bother them i feel like such a burden

i have a couple people who have told me i can always talk to them or to please talk to them when i need someone but i don’t know how i wouldn’t know what to say or how to explain why i’m feeling this way because i genuinely don’t know why i feel this way
