Haven’t been active on here for a while, how are you guys?

I just need to vent a little. I haven’t made any progress and I feel like trash for not having any, I have pocs currently on meds to treat it. It’s a win to not gain any weight but I’m still stuck on 84kg at 167cm. I hate my body and I hate I can’t be consistent. When I was 14 I was purging everything I ate and I was so thin! I miss it!

I lost 2lb of fat this week, I feel so proud of myself and motivated to keep going. Maybe I can manage to lose 10lb before my birthday (December 1st).
