Favorite Fighting Type: Hawlucha

Again, have the anime to blame for this one (XY/XYZ is my favorite of the Pokemon anime if you couldn’t tell). Ash’s hawlucha had such a fun personality, prideful, brave and determined, and I loved its relationship with noibat/noivern as its mentor/big brother. One of Kalos’s coolest pokemon (that, spoilers, recently just got a mega confirmed for Legends ZA which looks AMAZING)! From what I’ve heard, this thing can be absolutely BROKEN in competitive pokemon, but I’ve only used it one once and I’m the least competitive player I know so 🤷‍♀️.

Strong opinion, I honestly wish this was Ash’s ace/main pokemon rather than Greninja in the XY series. No hate to greninja, but I’ve always liked hawlucha more.
