Today I accomplished something I've been attempting for over 6 months. To deadlift 300 pounds. Today I was tired, drowsy, and had a constant headache. I popped some ibuprofen and warmed up....BAM! I hit 300 for 2 singles. Fuck. Yes. This is what it about people!!! You set goals and you work your fucking ass off to reach them. I have an amazing support system at home, at the gym, and online.
