the closest thing to a direct descendant of deiatrana japan can get. older brother of noritoshi kamo and the cursed paintings, business partners with shiu kong. mercenary for hire β€οΈ
long, ruby red hair (hence the title scarlet phantom) and a figure that just barely hits 6'1. all cocksure laziness and faux seductiveness. steely grey eyes, black tattoos tracing the patern of his spine and hands. scarred up obv with a ridiculously large gash (slash??) going up from the middle of his chest, neck, to the right side of his face.
ends up meeting toji through shiu, then megumi but when he was very itty bitty. operated more as a loose shadow for gumi while gojo took the wheel, wasn't particularly important there tho
didn't know he was a kamo till he was like 20. ended up in the system at the ripe age of 8 months.
didn't directly the kamo clan's technique, but got something close: bone manipulation
at some point later it evolved into foundational manipulation under the stress of becoming deiatrana's vessel
kind of similar to Idle Transfiguration?? he could alter the direct foundation of anything he wanted. ex, a building with metal support beams. he could blow those beams up. used to just be limited to shattering bone within people's body, irregular growth, or shrinking.
