I have been thinking. A lot. About the character that appeared on the screen for like. A few seconds.

Doesn't have lore. Doesn't have a name. Has red hair and freckles. And round glasses.

And I thought it was a crime. A crime against humanity. All the red-haired freckled boys deserve to have a lore. Or at least a name.

My personal headcanon is... well, I think he has a vibe of a smart, but shy cookie. He's going for some higher ed and works as a bellboy to pay student loans. Dude dreams about the day when he can quit this job because customer service is universally horrible experience.

One time I woke up because my mentor was trying to make his huge collection of magically charged gems to sort themselves so he could always grab a couple with maximum charge and they kept flashing and moving too much and it took forever and they weren't even sorted in the end.

So I asked him if he really needed all of them to be sorted and if the shuffling floor tiles were really essential for this room and he said "no who cares" and "yes how do you think gems get charged" and didn't elaborate.

I made the heap pattern out of the tiles (turns out they very conveniently shuffle in predictable manner) and my mentor looked the most proud he ever been

Like for him this was the peak of my capabilities as a wizard
