Progress!

Weighed in this morning and I could cry! I'm officially out of the 230s!! And into the 220s! Pictured on the left is my day 1, right is today! I see progress in my stomach and face more than anything! I am just thrilled 🥰 happy Monday!

For lunch I made a smoothie bowl with some fruits, granola and some chia seeds

Recipe

1-1/2 cup of juice

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup strawberries

1-1/2 bananas

Toppings

4 strawberries

6 blueberries

1 tsp of chia seeds

2 tbsp of granola

the past is very painful, but i think it should be remembered for motivation, not for beating yourself up, or keeping you stuck in a rut. it should propel you forward, not pull you under. i used to let mine put rocks in my pockets and push me into the lake. but i’m done doing that.
