Y'all I'm going to the doctor today and I'm so nervous because I'm finally going to get my stomach and intestinal issues checked out. But also part of me is like "if my illness was that bad then why am I fat"

UPDATE: doctor said corrective surgery is an immediate need, referred to specialist for exploratory stuff to diagnose and surgeries to treat. On medications for pain and helping the organ until I can get surgical help!

3/19/23 Food log

Breakfast~

Kind Bar, chocolate chip peanut butter: 140 cals

Dinner:

2oz steak: 125cal

Salad: 120 cal

I purged about 16 oz of vomit, minimal liquid but I'm not gonna try to subtract the cals. Still feel nauseous so I'll probably purge some more soon.

Anywho, total cals today was 225 and did housework and a lot of running around. Plan to fast until tomorrow night

Gonna start logging what I eat in a day!

Breakfast today was coffee with unsweetened almond milk and a bit of sugar because I kept fainting and shaking/wasn't able to stand or walk. Plan on fasting for the rest of the day and maybe eat grapes if I keep having blood pressure and blood sugar issues.

Black Roast Coffee 4oz: 1cal

Unsweetened Almond Milk 1/2 cup: 15cals

4/5 tbsp sugar: 39cals

Total: 55cals
