In the continuation of the project about Savannah Children's Museum my group and I did some tools to continue understand the process of Double Diamonds process. For me, the hardest part about this project it is about how the Savannah Children's Museum already have a good service.  But sometimes we have to think that a service can always be improved. So we did this tool to consider where the Museum can improve their work and give the continuation on our project.  The areas that we used more was the Raise and Add for the user experience in that site. And this help us categorized our process about the refinement of this service.

For the problems that we found on Savannah Children's Museum service we had a group meeting and develop an Affinity Map. Our " problems" was like the code at the gate, no a/c area, sandboxes, no food to buy, etc. So we divide this problems in categories and did a brainstorming to try to resolve these problems. For me, was a good way to see how we perceive as designers the environment and how we can apply the methodology for the beginning of Design and Develop process on Double Diamond methodology. 

We went to Savannah Children's Museum to analyze their service. A good tool that we used  was the creations of Personas. With the data we collect in our research field we could do two different personas to that location. For that reason, the first one was the 'Members' a family identified as "The Smiths" who liked so much that place so they become members. This can be applied as how customer can loyal a good service. Here is the Persona card that we made about this family.

A good service it is a result of a good observation in the relationship with the company and the user. In Service Design we use some tools to analyze this situations and this can help in the mapping of the service. However, this have to be well applied. Here is a comparison of  two Encounter Journey Maps that I made in the Project 1 and Project 2 of Service Blueprinting Classes. The first one is very incomplete because I didn't realized that everything is a experience for the user. This is probably a thing that I always will remember as a service designer.

The Project 1"Experience Safari"  in the Blueprinting Services course  was a analysis of  Savannah's coffee shops services. So I went to The Foundery Coffee Pub to analyze their service. Although the service and the products  were very good, in my conclusion they don't  demonstrate this to the costumer. The coffee shop don't have a website, and it is in a not so good location. So I think for give a good experience for the costumer, first the company have to give a good image.

As a result of that, I could understand how the process in The Foundery Coffee Pub works. Also, how the customer and the staff communicate and how this coffee shop resolve the problem of "take a coffee" in a very good experience.
