I am just more aware of the faults of humanity than the average person. I have seen what is done to pokemon, how they are exploited by every aspect of society.

have you heard of one lysandre desrosiers? he is quite the insightful man. sure, he did not live for long, and died young while fresh into his prime.

yet, despite his youth, he was very wise. he knew better than the rest of us. he knew, even way back in the late 20th century, that this world was beyond saving.

could you imagine it? being born into a world so beautiful, so truly incredible, and destroying it? all because of humanity's own greed and cowardice? because we are a lazy and inferior species? i cannot help but be ashamed myself.

death is the only way for us all. it comes for us all eventually. wouldn't it be best, as seas rise and as people grow mad to get it all over with now? do you see where i am getting at?

And you telling me that I know nothing of humanity? I've sit here since time first began motion and judged the actions of humans. I've seen the worst of the worst, abusers, murderers, rapists. I've had to listen to them recount their vile deeds and the atrocities they committed onto others, worse yet, many clung to the belief they were in the right as their souls were resigned to the abyss. And yet I've also had saints, people who gave their all for the good of others, and even those who found redemption in their last moments.

Regardless of the past and future, the present is never a lost cause, and things can never get better if its destroyed.
