The unknown voice and scent surprised him and he turned around to see who exactly was approaching him. When that didn’t help him in the slightest he frowned, wary of any stranger approaching him. He wasn’t exactly anonymous anymore, something he sorely regretted, but could not avoid it working so close to the Queen. People he didn’t know coming close wasn’t that common, mainly because it was rarely welcome, which was a well known fact in Kaerdia. He didn’t particularly portray the image of ‘approachable stranger’, which the lady had clearly chosen to disregard. Orion watched her carefully, eyes following her as she very clearly sassed him, which his wolf growled against in his chest. He took a breath, working through his annoyance and reminding himself tired-born prickliness did not justify lunging at someone, teeth bared. “Mmm, famous last words.” he murmured, taking another whiff at her, her words clicking with the scent of death that seemed to cling to her, chilling his very bone. “But I’d say, you know a thing or two about those. You’re more than welcome to keep not noticing me, I have no plans of dropping dead any time soon.” he added, not keen to have the dwellings of the dead so close to him. 

Meliora knew that some people – or things – had warning signs that were clear. She just didn’t care enough to read them even when it was a chance of someone not liking her aura. But it was easier for her to get to them before they get to her, like a flick of her wrist and she could be talking to one of the many souls that cling to someone. But still, she didn’t care enough to make out what he muttered, her eyes adjusting to his figure in the woods. Even though his next words were certainly amusing even getting a small chuckle from the necromancer. “Is that so? I could make a few arrangements where you don’t stay dead,” even though she had a light tone to her words, the amount of blood on her hand was something she was proud of. “But, then again it’s not as fun. It’s almost too easy, so if you have any directions that can lead me to a massacre or even a little cult gathering that didn’t end well for the members, that could be extremely helpful. I’ll even settle for a boring graveyard.” She smiled, hoping that just maybe she wouldn’t have to wonder until morning looking for a good spot.
