also my jatp au is still coming along but basically the plot of HDD is folded into it, whenever tree dies she just becomes a ghost for the span of time between death + the day resetting but after the first loop she’s able to see ghosts period because she’s already died and has that connection to the afterlife

between both movies tree dies over 20 times in the span of less than a month
