My Story So Far

Funny how life had its little ways of surprising you. Little quirks of fate.

Put your thoughts to sleep. Do not let them cast a shadow over the moon of your heart. Let go of thinking.

You know you’re in love when you don’t want to fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.

I will breathe. I will think of solutions. I will not let my worry control me. I will not let my stress level break me. I will simply breathe. I will be OK because I don’t quit.

I’m beginning to recognise that real happiness isn’t something large and looming on the horizon ahead but something small, numerous and already here. The smile of someone you love. A decent breakfast. The warm sunset. Your little everyday joys all lined up in a row.

Happiness will come to you when you let go of the hurt that is holding you back.

Every day may not be good… but there is something good in every day.
