Dear self,
Everyday that we wake up is an opportunity to marvel at the wonder that is life. The sun, the moon, the children laughing, the ocean, and wind grazing the skin. What a wonder to bare witness to life and all its intricacies.
To be alive is to feel joy and sorrow. Dread and excitement. Love and loss. It is the song and dance of all of these emotions that make this journey worth living.
Continue to employ empathy and compassion. Treat othersβ suffering as your own. No one is separate from anyone else. Love is the answer. Love will always be the answer. We are all figuring it out as we go.
