if you think that one main character on he show is allowed to do anything he wants cause he’s a person with free will and another main character only allowed to take care of his sibling and it’s supposed to be enough for him we have a problem…

to those romantisizing Dean being a parent to sam do you know how fucked up that is? It’s not cute, it’s not nice, it’s not awesome or hot. It’s neglecting Dean’s needs, it’s parentifying him from the age of 4! it’s forcing Dean to grow up too fast and leave all hopes for any childhood on the way. it’s drilling Dean that he’s not important, that only sam is. it’s breaking Dean’s soul, it’s killing Dean’s self-esteem. it’s what led Dean to biggest mistakes he’s even done. And for what he still blames himself. How is that romantic? it’s AWFULLY horrible!
