A couple new pieces that went up in the recent Holiday show at Helvella studios

Anywho, here’s a small painting 5 x 8” from our group show Mushi Mushi at Helvella studios in Oakland. I enjoyed making these small frames and hope to do more of these next year.

Finders Keepers is a story about a woman who gets into a tragic bike accident and falls into a coma. We follow her conscious as it begins a journey into another world where her body is broken apart and each piece must embark on its own quest to come back to reality. She is discovered by strange creatures, some of whom want to nurture her and some who want to take her further away. In the end she is challenged to find the strength to put the pieces of herself back together.

My first kickstarter book project - Finders Keepers will be launched on June 1st. If you haven't seen any of the art for it yet I made this teaser trailer just for you. Really hope you can stop by and check the campaign out next week. Thanks so much!
