"I been graduated from animation school two years ago and no one hired me yet"
"graduated recently, I been looking for a job months, the art industry is so wrong"
Dude, your art looks like this:
I find funny when I see on internet clearly young people protesting that they don't find an animation job after graduation or using that for victimice themselves because, real topic: graduating yourselve from an art school doesn't mean that you are ready.
Most of the tv studios are looking for people that has a portfolio already that shows creations that could be perfectly apearing on a TV Show.
Ah yes, and hard take here: battle animations are the most easy thing to do and the less they require. Most shows are looking for half body acting, indeed the hardest thing to representate. You have to be an actor for be an animator, don't forget that.
"But how do I'm gonna get experience if no one hired me?"
Good news: you can get experience animating by your own without getting a job. The school was for that, to give you the route you have to follow for improve by your own and where to go.
