AKA: BLIswatters, swatters

Killjoys who spread viruses too or otherwise hack bli fly cameras via various exploits. Some are mechanical and based on preexisting bugs, example: death spirals (in which they follow one another, provided they're in follow mode.), bright lights to confuse them, or magnets. magnets are an easy one. Some choose to be more technical, viruses that just shut them down in droves, or disable recording capabilities quietly.

AKA: BLIcatchers, catchers

Similar to flyswatters, but they keep flies to hack/reuse in some way. Or remotely control them. Fly catchers work with some gangs of 'joys to raid large stores in battery city, timing them when they see the staff is unloading crates/cartons of valuable goods. Also, some gather blackmail on bli officials, do spywork etc.

Flycatchers are generally more advanced than swatters. All flycatchers are flyswatters but not all flyswatters are flycatchers.

For the anonymous asker who wanted to know how I made these guns, as seen in devaofdestruction‘s cosplay (This is a brief outline for now; I’ll add better pictures and instructions if I ever make them again) My ask box is always open!
