Being famous wasn't easy. Paparazzi could be exhausting, following you everywhere you wentâ not giving you a single moment of peace.
You loved performing and singing ever since you were little and your fans always made it worth it, making edits and fan pages, asking for autographs and selfies.
What no one knew, not even your closest family, was that you were in a happy and committed relationshipâ with six amazing SWAT officers. You met them on accident at a small bar while you were trying to escape from paparazzi.
While walking into the bar you bumped into Deacon and spilled his beer. Which you immediately offered to pay for a new drink and apologized a million times, Deacon just laughed and said that he didn't mind if a pretty girl spilled his drink and that it's no big deal.
He suggested that you join him and his team since you did look a bit lost. They didn't seem to know who you were or if they did they just didn't show it. They treated you like a human being and not just some stuck up superstar, the team even played darts with you, cheering when you won against Street.
Being around them felt like a breath of fresh air. At the end of the night when the bar closed, they offered you a ride home to your place.
Luckily the hotel you were staying at was nearby so you declined the kind offer, but you insisted on giving them your number in case they wanted to meet up again and play some bar games. You knew it was risky giving out your number like that but they were SWAT officers⊠the worst that could happen was that they never texted or called.
Days later Hondo called you directly asking you out on a date with the six of them. You had a feeling they might be in a poly relationship due to how well they got along and all the innocent touches that normal teammates probably wouldn't do. Of course you agreed to the date and before you knew it, the seven of you were in a relationship. They never made you feel like the odd one out, since you joined their relationship later on.
When you finally felt ready enough you told them about your famous music career, they burst out giggling and told you that they knew from day oneâ Luca looked you up in the SWAT database and it all came out. They never treated you differently due to the fame and instead they got even more protective of you.
You were getting ready for your newest and biggest performance, practicing all the dance moves and songs you'd be singing at that concert. Taking a break to drink some water and relax, you saw a text from Chris that simply said.
Chrissy đ:
Stay safe and good luck on your rehearsals! We love you.
Smiling you texted her back.
You :
Love you all too!!!! Stay safe and go catch those bad guys ;)
After that you put the phone away and got back to rehearsals.
Meanwhile on the other side of town the LAPD had just received a threatening phone call about youâ it was a man saying that if you performed tonight, many people would get hurt, including you.
The entire town had been hyped up for your concert and people were fighting for tickets back when the presale first went live, people were making posters and signs too. It was going to be a massive event.
As soon as 20 squad heard those news their hearts dropped to their stomach. Deacon quickly stepped away to call you, but the call went unanswered as your phone was on silent and probably shoved somewhere deep in your bag.
As you were doing one of the dance routines and singing along, you suddenly noticed out of the corner of your eye a strange man approaching. You knew him.
Jeff Davis.
The man who stalked you two years ago and was supposed to be in prisonâŠ
You immediately stopped your routine and tried to step backwards away from him. Jeff had made your life hell for years, he'd send creepy "gifts" and call you at random timesâ show up to places where he knew you'd be.
Your phone was buried somewhere in your rehearsals bag, you had no way of asking for help as the room you were in was at the far end of the
corridor with two exits and Jeff was blocking one of themâŠ
"What are you doing here?" You finally managed to say as you backed away from him. "Just came to visit my girl." Jeff smiled creepily as he stepped closer to you. Thinking quickly you put your hands behind your back and began pressing on the side buttons of your smartwatch.
As soon as you started dating your partners, Deacon taught you some simple self defense moves in the backyard and Street programmed your smartwatch so that when you pressed two side buttons three times, they'd get an SOS alert with your location.
Still backing away from the creepy man, all you could hope was that your partners got the alert.
"All I want is to talk sweetheart, just you and me like it was meant to be." He smiled at you showing his yellow teeth. Just then you heard multiple loud footsteps heading your way.
Before you could sigh in relief that they came, Jeff was grabbing you, pulling you against him and putting something cold to your throat. Just then the door flew open and you saw Tan and Hondo aiming their weapons at the man.
"Let her go man!" Hondo shouted loudly, stepping further into the room. In response Jeff pressed the cold metal further against your skin. "It doesn't have to be this way Jeff." Street yelled as he stepped closer to Hondo. "She's mine! She belongs with meâ" Jeff yelled back, pulling you backwards as he glanced back at the exit.
Seeing your moment you pushed Jeff away, pushing him backwards as you ran towards Street who immediately pulled you behind him, still aiming his weapon at Jeff who was being slammed onto his back by Luca and Tan.
"You okay sweetheart?" Chris asked suddenly pulling you into a tight hug, breathing a sigh of relief as she held you close. "I'm- I'm okay." You choked out while burying your face into her neck. Jeff was still yelling about how you belonged to him as Luca pinned him down and Tan handcuffed him. Street then appeared next to you and Chris, exhaling in relief as he saw you safe in Chris's arms.
Soon Jeff was dragged out in handcuffs, your partners all pulled you into a tight hug. Deacon held you for a long time, rubbing your back. "Told you that smartwatch update was worth it." Street grinned as Hondo shot him a glare. "Yeah, I have to agree with Streeter here." Tan said as he pulled you away from Deacon and towards him.
"Is today's performance still on?" Chris asked with a concerned look on her face. "It is, I can't let my fans down. HoweverâŠ" You said with a small smile, Street raised an eyebrow waiting for you to continue. "It would be veeery nice to have a few certain officers as my protection detail backstage." You grinned cheekily as your partners all exchanged glances. "Deal." Deacon immediately said, nodding as he exchanged a look with Hondo. "Backstage access? I'm in." Luca grinned as he squeezed your shoulder playfully.
Hours later you were on stage performing, watching as your fans sang along to the melody. At the end as you sang your last song about love that would last through centuries, you made eye contact with your partners who were all standing hidden behind the wings of the stage, sending them all a soft smile. As you stepped off stage to where your partners were waiting for you, they all pulled you into a tight group hug. "You did amazing today." Luca smiled at you as he brushed the hair out of your face.

Your partners weren't jealous people.
At least that's what they tried to tell themselves, when seeing you and your ex interacting. Your ex boyfriend was a FBI Agent, who was assigned to work the case with 20 Squad. They weren't happy to hear that, but they had no choice.
What made them the angriest was the way he still thought he still had a chance with you. He would brush up behind you, try to get you alone to 'talk'â they weren't stupid, they knew that he thought he still had a chance with you.
Chris was shooting daggers at your ex the entire time she was even close to him, he didn't notice as he was too busy trying to impress you. Street would try to never leave you alone with your ex, he was always hovering nearby, ready to step in at any moment.
Hondo would always assign you to go with someone from 20 Squad to check out a lead, completely ignoring your ex volunteering to go with you. Your ex was a stubborn man though and he never gave up.
Once you headed to the armory to grab some needed gear, your ex saw an opening and followed you, standing in the doorway and blocking your way out as he began to speak. "So after this is over, do you want to go out and grab drinks? Y'know as old friends." He winked at you, as you completely ignored him and instead focused on your gear. "No thanks." You said bluntly, as you avoided looking at you. "Why not? We were so good together." Your ex stepped closer, you simply raised an eyebrow as you stared at him. "I'm not interested, you broke up with me and I moved on."
"Oh c'mon Y/n don't be like that. They have you on such a short leash or what?" Your ex laughed mockingly as you glared at him. "I said no." You firmly replied, before adding. "And my relationship is none of your business." Grabbing all the needed gear you pushed past him to go find your partners.
You were practically boiling with rage at his words, how dare he come back into your life and try to ruin it again. The two of you ended on very bad terms right as you were assigned to 20 squad. Your new teammates were very supportive of you, always offering to help or explain something. Not like your ex who'd yell upon every small disagreement or mistake. When you first joined the team and missed a shot during a mission, Luca and Street spent an hour comforting you and cracking jokes to make you smile again.
That was the difference between your partners and your exâ while Tan would always give you his jacket when you were cold, your ex would berate you and say that it wasn't his fault you weren't dressed properly.
Those were one of the differences between him and your partners.
Hondo saw you walk out of the armory carrying a lot of heavy gear, while your ex boyfriend trailed after you like a lost puppy. Deacon also noticed and he immediately walked over to take some of the heavy gear out of your arms. "Here sweetheart, let me help." Deacon said while taking most of the gear out of your arms. "Thanks." You smiled at him brightly. Deacon shot a venomous glare at your ex as he helped carry all the gear to Black Betty.
After shift was over, you were all in the locker room changing out of your uniforms. Your ex suddenly appeared next to you out of nowhere, leaning on the locker next to yours. "So are we still on for drinks?" Your ex asked with a grin, completely ignoring the death stares from your partners.
"She's taken." You heard Hondo loudly say as he wrapped an arm around you, pulling you closer to him. "You should take a hint." Street mutters under his nose, your ex finally decided it was a smart idea to leave since he saw how your partners were glaring at him.
"You okay sweetheart?" Tan asked quietly, looking at you with soft concern in his voice. Nodding you leaned back against Hondo. "Yeah, I'm okay." You smiled at him reassuringly. "I don't know if I can stand him flirting with you one more day." Luca huffed as he slammed his locker shut. "He's just an idiotâ ignore him." Chris said while grabbing her backpack, swinging it over her shoulder. "Ready to go?" Deacon asked, stepping closer to you and Hondo. "Mhm." You nodded while grabbing Deacon's outstretched hand.
"I'm gonna need a drink." You mumbled quietly while leaning against Deac. "We all will after this is over." Street laughed as he held the door open for all of you.

Hondo asks his sweet and kind wifey to take care of his squad (if you get what i mean⊠đ)
Hondo who is usually jealous & possessive asking his wife if his team could join them, just for a night. (which then spirals into the rest of 20 squad joining their relationship, since it was never going to be just one night)
LISTEN I KNOW THIS PROBABLY DOESN'T MAKE THAT MUCH SENSE BUT HEAR ME OUT PLEASE.
warnings : R gets slapped by a client, soft & protective 20 squad
a/n : I'm finally getting back into writing !! I've been very sick recently & that's why I didn't post for so long :) I'll probably end up rewriting this as i don't like how it turned outâŠ
A few days later you were scheduled for your next shift at the club. Still buzzing from the excitement of being a new SWAT officer.
You changed into sweatpants and a hoodie before tossing all of your things into the bag you'd always bringâ filled with necessary essentials like mascara, lip gloss, perfume, a mini first aid kit and other random things you might need.
Sydney was the one who taught you to always pack a separate bag for the club, since you never knew what you may need or what could be useful. She took you under her wing when you first started working thereâ jokingly saying that you reminded her of her younger self back when she first started working there all wide-eyed and nervous.
The club was opening up right as you walked inside, waving to the bartender and bouncer, you quickly headed into the locker room. Sydney was already there doing her eyeliner, upon seeing you standing in the doorway, she quickly finished her makeup before tugging you further into the locker room.
Sydney looked all giddy as she squeezed your shoulders. "Remember that group you had during your last shift?" She asked with a playful smile, nodding you looked at her confused. "Well they asked for you again Sugarâ by name." Sydney grinned as you stared at her in shock. "They did? I only danced once and served them drinksâ that's allâŠ" You said quietly, staring at Syd waiting for her to burst out laughing and tell you it's a joke. Clients rarely asked for you by name. "I guess they saw something in you, Candy." She said teasingly.
"C'mon let's get you all dolled up." Sydney grinned as she opened your locker and began digging for an outfit you could wear. "I'll do your makeup but you need to hurry!"
Quickly grabbing the things Syd picked out for you, you walked into one of the bathroom stalls and quickly changed out of your hoodie and sweatpants into the outfit she picked out. Sydney had already prepped all the makeup needed for you tonight and as soon as you exited the stall she looked you over with a smile.
"Well don't you look stunning!" She smiled while gesturing for you to sit down on a nearby chair so she could do your makeup.
After your hair and makeup was done, you looked like a completely different person. Quickly spraying on some perfume you took one last look in the mirror before heading out the door of the so called 'locker room' and onto the dance floor.
Putting on a flirty smile you walked over to the bar, grabbed the tray of drinks before heading towards the table your clients were sitting at. Luckily you weren't going to be alone as another girl would also be on the floor dancing with you.
You were still surprised to hear that someone asked for you by name, that never really happened. When you walked over carrying the tray of drinks, you immediately saw how the groups faces lit up.
When you approached and placed the drinks on the table, you noticed that the man with dimples in his cheeks was subtly checking you out. "Thank you, sweetheart." The woman with short black hair said with a sweet smile, nodding you smiled back at her before putting the empty tray away and heading towards the stage.
Walking past the girl who was going to be working with you, you shot her a small smile. Getting into position on stage, you waited for the music to start playing. As soon as the music began playing through the speakers, you both began dancing.
The club was slowly filling up with more and more people. You could see a bunch of businessmen sitting at a table near the stage, eyeing you and the other girl with a predatory sparkle in their eyes. The group who asked about you, also noticed the men staring. The woman with short black hair leaned in and whispered something to the massive blonde haired man that was sitting next to her. They didn't look pleased as they whispered to each other.
After your routine was done, you stepped off the stage and headed over to the bar, the barman was a friendly guy in his late 20's. He always made you a drink at the end of shift when you worked together, saying that you deserved it for all your hard work. Upon noticing you standing near the bar, he quickly filled a glass with some water and handed it to you, it was a small but kind gestureâ something he did for all the girls who worked at the club after their routines or shifts were over.
"Candy, can you do me a massive favor?" The bar man asked with a pleading and apologetic smile, nodding you replied. "Shoot, what's the favor and what do I get out of it?" You asked playfully, to which he simply rolled his eyes. "I need you to take a bunch of beers to that table." He nodded in the direction of the businessmen, sighing softly you nodded.
You could already tell how the interaction was going to go, nonetheless you picked up the tray of drinks and headed over to their table with what you hoped was a friendly enough smile. As soon as you got to their table and placed all of their drinks onto the table, one of the men spoke up with a sleazy smile. "What's a pretty thing like you doing here?" He asked while visibly looking you up and down with that same creepy smile. "Just working." You replied, trying to keep the conversation short.
You noticed how the woman with short black hair was glaring at the men from across the room. The bald man next to her also didn't look too happy. Grabbing the now empty tray and turning to walk away, you felt one of the man smack your ass as they all laughed.
Your cheeks flushed from the humiliation as you caught the bouncers eye, he was moving towards the men who were still laughing and joking about how he touched the stripper. Knowing that the bouncer would deal with them, you quickly walked away. This was the first time something like this had happened to you, you heard all the horror stories from the other girls but this hadn't happened to you yet.
Walking past the group from last time, you stopped by their table. "Can I get you any new drinks?" You asked with a polite smile, trying your best not to show how shaken up you were by the earlier encounter. "Are you okay?" The man with salt and pepper hair asked, leaning in and looking at you with concern written all over his face. "I'm fine, some people just get rowdy here, no big deal." You said with what you hoped was a reassuring smile. They didn't look too convinced at your words, the bald man looked at you with pity or maybe concern in his eyes, you couldn't really tell which.
"He's lucky I can't get to him." You overheard the man with short black hair mutter to the man with dimples who was sitting next to him. "Trust me he'll be dealt with, the bouncers don't mess around here." You said with a small smile. "Good." The woman with short black hair nodded in approval.
just to play off your ideas - specifically the Luca headlock ideaâŠâŠ..I feel like he would, for sure manhandle his woman. And although heâs confident, I think he would be possessive and protective almost in an animalistic âyouâre mineâ kind of behavior đ«Łđ«Ł
YES!!!!!
I'm glad to see someone else is understanding my vision đ«¶

Summary : training in the woods doesn't always go according to planâŠ

It was Commander Hicks' idea. A joint training between SWAT and your task force, in the middle of the woods. You weren't the biggest fan of this idea, deep in the woods, little to no cell service and no backup if things went wrongâŠ
Arguing with Hicks would've been uselessâ you knew the man well enough to know that if he made up his mind for something, there was no changing it. You were the only one being sent out from your task force, since the rest of your team was sent for another mission halfway across the world.
Packing up all your stuff needed for camping/training trip, you sighed quietly while rechecking if you had all your gear. Suddenly you heard a knock on the armory doorway, glancing up you saw Sergeant Harrelson standing there. "Just wanted to ask if you have all your gear, we need to roll out soon." Hondo said with a small smile, nodding you zipped your backpack and grabbed all the heavy gear needed.
Hondo immediately stepped in and grabbed a heavy bag from you, ignoring your protests. "Damn you packed your entire wardrobe or what sweetheart?" Hondo asked teasingly, glancing at you amused. "Nope. It's called being prepared and having enough gear." You said while glancing at him with a small teasing smile.
"Is that a smile I see?" Hondo asked amused as you rolled your eyes. "The legendary Y/n Y/l/n smiling? Has hell frozen over already?" Hondo added jokingly, it was no secret you had quite the reputation of being 'cold hearted' or not smiling enough. You ignored all those rumors and found it very annoying.
"Don't make me regret agreeing to this." You huffed annoyed while walking even faster to the motor pool, where the mini van that was taking all of you to the training area was waiting. Hondo caught up to you and quickened his pace. "I'm glad you agreed to this." Hondo said suddenly, looking at you with a small smile. Nodding you just loaded your gear into the mini van, before looking around one last time to check if you had everything.
Soon it was time to go, Luca took shotgun and you took the seat next to him. You knew that if god forbid Street was in the passenger seat next to Luca the drive would be anything but peaceful. After everyone got settled in to their seats, Luca began driving. It was peaceful with music playing softly over the GPS map directions on where to goâ until Street spoke up. "So are the rumors true?" Street asked with a giddy smile as Chris shook her head mouthing "don't do it" at Street.
Even if you knew deep down what this was probably about, you still were a little curious. "What rumors are you talking about? Be more specific Street." You huffed softly while turning around in your seat to look at him. "Is it true you took down four enemy soldiers in one go?" Street asked excitedly, grinning like an overly excited puppy.
Glaring you shot Street an unimpressed look. You could hear Deacon and Hondo snickering quietly behind you. "Very funny." You huffed while turning back to look at the map. "Can't a guy ask a genuine question?" Street pouted, while Tan and Chris tried to hold back their laughter, you didn't even bother to reply to his comment.
The drive passed by quickly, you stared out of the window the entire time, ignoring most of the chatter going on around you. Soon Luca parked the minivan in a designated parking spot, then you all got out grabbing all your gear before Hondo and Deacon began leading the group towards the campsite.
Looking around you noticed a few odd things, like a string tied in between the tree with three tin cans connected. It was a weird "booby trap" one meant to alert if someone tripped or walked over the string. This wasn't a good signâ booby traps were never a good sign. Especially in the middle of nowhere.
Glancing around you noticed a few weird symbols etched into a nearby tree bark. Your entire body immediately tensed up as you looked around, searching the area to see if there was anyone there. You saw no one but you still felt on edge and the hairs at the back of your neck stand up. Something wasn't right, but for now you tried to relax.
Soon you arrived at the campsite, it had a small fire pit in the middle and the area was secluded so someone would find it only if they knew about the spot. Then you began setting up your tent, Street was going to be sharing a tent with Chris, Tan with Luca and finally Deacon with Hondo.
It didn't take you long to set up your tent, cot and sleeping bag, exiting your tent you saw Tan and Luca arguing on how to properly put up their tent. Sighing softly you caught Hondo's eye across the campsite, he just rolled his eyes while trying to calm the two men who were still arguing.
Seeing that they were still arguing and Hondo's words weren't helping, you walked over to see what exactly they were arguing about. They were arguing about how to properly attach the tent to the ground, shaking your head amused you grabbed a nearby hammer and pinned the corner of the tent down into the grass.
"See how easy that was?" You looked at Tan and Luca unimpressed, before standing up and dusting off your tactical pants. Hondo looked at you amused, while glancing at the two men, silently telling them to get it done.
After making sure all of your gear was unpacked you pulled out your satellite phone to check if your team left any notifications or updates, sadly there were none but you understood they were probably busy or asleep.
A few hours later Hondo called everyone to the firepit for dinner. All you had was canned tomato soup and crackersâ it wasn't gourmet by any means but you'd eaten worse things. You slowly drank the tea that Deacon made, as you looked around the bonfire.
Suddenly Street piped up saying you should all play truth or dareâ Tan and Luca immediately agreed while Chris groaned looking at Deacon and Hondo pleadingly, as if silently begging for them to do something, Deacon just shook his head and smiled.
After a while you stood up to stretch out your legs, before you grabbed your flashlight and headed into the woods. You heard Hondo calling your name confused, as he quickly got up to follow you. "Where are you going?" Hondo asked as he caught up to you.
"There's apparently a lake nearby so I wanted to check it out." You replied nonchalantly, looking straight ahead as you walked down the path. "I saw it on the map." You added, you had studied the map of the campsite in the car, just in case something happened and you needed to get out.
"Fine, but you're not going alone." Hondo said as he also turned on his flashlight and followed you down to the lake. The lake was massive with a small dock, walking next to Hondo you took the chance to look around for any other traps or things of that sort. "Something interesting?" Hondo asked with an easy smile. "Nope, just looking around." You said lying through your teeth, you knew that if you told him too early that something was up the entire team could be in danger.
Standing there on the dock you couldn't help but think about your teamâ were they okay? did the mission go smoothly?
"You okay there?" Hondo asked softly as he squeezed your shoulder, snapping you back to reality. "Yeah I'm fine. Let's go back to the others." You said while glancing at the lake one last time before turning on your heel and heading back to the campsite. Hondo silently followed behind you.
Later on you offered to take first watch, to guard the campsite. Hondo said it wasn't necessary but you needed the fresh airâ watching as the fire slowly died was slightly calming. You were still feeling weirdâ as if something or someone was watching you.
After half an hour passed you decided to head back into your tent. Sighing softly you sat down on your cot, pulling out your notebook and studying what was written inside. You had been noting down different training tactics and stuff to do, simple boring stuff but looking over it helped relax your mind a little.
Just then you felt a short vibration coming from the satellite phone you had stuffed into your pillow. Quickly moving you grabbed the device and glanced at the small screen. It was your Commanderâ your stomach dropped when you saw his contact but you silently unzipped your tent, and stepped outside to see what was up.
Your Commanders word were briefâ he was telling you to wake up the team and get out of there ASAP, since he discovered that a nearby group that despised the government and anything to do with the police was living in those same woodsâŠ
He had heard all your concerns before you left for training with 20 squad and he never took your intuition for granted. After he did his own digging into the area, he knew you all needed to get the hell out of that place before the group was alerted that SWAT was nearby.
Finishing your call with the Commander, you looked around the area. The woods were quiet, too quietâ which was never a good sign. As if something was watching you. Quickly heading back towards the campsite you tried to act normal as you grabbed your notebook and pen. You knew what you had to do now.
Heading over to Deacon's and Hondo's tent, you quietly unzipped the tent flap and walked inside. Just then you heard a twig break nearby⊠It seemed like that group had already found out that you were here.
Walking over to Hondo's cot, you leaned down and shook him awake, as soon as he jolted awake, you pinned him down placing a hand over his mouth as he tried to speak. Shaking your head you mouthed the word "stay quiet." to him. After making sure he understood you pulled out your notebook and wrote down the words. "We need to moveâ local group found us." As soon as Hondo read those words, he nodded and glanced over at Deacon who was still fast asleep.
Moving over to Deacon's side of the tent, you also shook him awake. Deacon looked up at you confused but as he saw what was written in the notebook and Hondo pulling out his gun, he immediately understood. Deacon nodded silently while pulling on his shoes. "What do you need us to do?" Deacon whispered as the three of you heard footsteps and hushed voices. "Stay here and don't move till I say so." You whispered back as you pulled out your small combat knife and stepped back out of their tent.
You saw two men approaching your empty tent, both of them holding weapons. "Looking for something boys?" You asked loudly, staring at the two men amused. The men's attention immediately snapped to you as they both walked closer. "What's a pretty thing like you doing out here alone?" One of the men loudly asked with a smirk.
You could hear rustling coming from the tent that Street and Chris were sharing. As soon as the men were close enough you took one of them down in a few simple moves, the other one stared at you before he began to back away. "Listen I don't want any trouble, my bossâ" The man tried to say before you also managed to tackle him to the ground.
Then you heard footsteps behind you and you saw 20 squad standing there, staring at you surprised. "You gonna help me ties these two up or do I need to do everything by myself?" You asked amused as you stared at Street whose eyes were wide in surprise as he looked at you. Spluttering Street immediately handed you some rope to tie the man's arms together.
"How did youâ" Tan asked as he stared at the now-tied up men. "Training. A lot of it." You shrugged nonchalantly, brushing your clothes off. "Damn that was impressive." Luca said quietly as he looked at you in awe.
A few hours later the two men you tied up were taken away for questioning, as you all headed back to HQ. Your Commander had decided to pull you out of the training mission, especially after what went down⊠Commander Hicks agreed that it wasn't worth it and ordered 20 squad to return home.
"Where did you learn to fight like that?" Chris asked you curiously, as you all drove back to the SWAT HQ. "I just had some good teachers." You smiled softly, as Chris shook her head. "You're being too humble." Tan huffed from the back seat. "Do you think you could teach me those moves someday?" Street asked suddenly, staring at you pleadingly. "Sure, I'll see what can be done." You nodded with a small grin.
After getting back to HQ, you saw your Commander already waiting there for you. "I've never been more pleased to see you Commander." You said jokingly as you stepped out of the minivan, the man just rolled his eyes before squeezing you tightly. "Could say the same thing about you Y/l/n." He said teasingly.
After debriefing was over, you saw 20 squad lingering nearby as your Commander pack your gear into the truck, he planned on driving you back to your base.
"Thank you." Hondo said while holding a hand out to shake yours, grabbing his hand you gave him a firm handshake. "Y/n, do you think we could ever y'knowâ take you out on a date? As a thank you?" Deacon asked quietly as he looked at you with a small smile. "Sure, as a thank you." You grinned while looking at all of them amused. Before you got into your Commanders truck, Chris pulled you into a tight hug, whispering a soft "Stay safe." into your ear.
After saying goodbye to everyone else you got into your Commanders truck, waving as you two drove off. Your phone buzzed with a new notificationâ it was a text from an unknown number with an address and time

You didn't even have to guess who it was, Chris. She must've found your phone number somehowâŠ

It was hard dating two people and trying to keep it a secret. Especially while being a new SWAT officer & those two people being your new bossesâŠ
You met Jess and Hondo back when you were still in the police academy. Soon after that they both asked you on a dateâ and the rest was history.
After graduating from the academy, you soon got promoted to SWAT. It was a surprise for sure, you never expected it but you accepted the promotion. As soon as Hondo and Jessica found out that you'd be joining them at SWAT, they immediately decided to take you out to celebrate.
A few weeks later you were joining your new team under Hondo's command and Jessica as your new Captain. The team was very welcoming and sweet, you got along well with Chris and Street, since you were close in age.
You noticed how one of the men in a different squad was eyeing you, but you never brought it up to Jess or Hondo, since you were used to men staring at you. Besides you were a new member in SWAT and you didn't want to cause issues on your first few days.
That same officer always tried to get close to you, wether during briefings or joint training between his squad and 20 squad. You always brushed it off as him simply being friendly but Jessica and Hondo didn't see it that way. Hondo always tried to somehow step in so that you were partnered with him, he saw the way that officer stared at you and he knew the officers reputation.
One day Jessica called you into her office to talk about a recent mission, where you messed up. Cortez wasn't too pleased with what you had done on that mission so she reprimanded you and ordered you to work in the armory for a week as punishment. You knew that when Jess was in her "Captain mode" there was no way to talk her out of it.
As you were leaving her office, Jessica pulled you back in by your hips, grabbing you into a tight hug before whispering into your ear. "I'm only doing it because I love you and we need you to be safe." Nodding you simply hugged her back, Jessica soon pulled away and kissed your forehead. "I love you." You whispered while squeezing her one last time, Jessica smiled and brushed a strand of hair out of your face.
"Love you too, even if you're reckless sometimes." She said teasingly while poking your side. "Go, you have a job to do." Jessica said while stepping back into her office, rolling your eyes playfully you headed towards the armory.
You hadn't noticed but that same officer who was always eyeing you in such a predatory way had seen you and Jessica embracing and overheard her words to youâŠ
A week later you were still on armory duty, it wasn't as bad as you thought. Mostly you were cleaning and putting things away, while listening to music on your headphones. Suddenly you felt someone's arms wrap around your waist. You let out a small surprised squeal while turning to face that person.
It was Hondo.
"Can you not scare me like that?" You huffed annoyed whilst glaring at him playfully. "Not a chance Darlin' you're adorable when you get scared." Hondo laughed while kissing your cheek. "We're at work Harrelson, behave." You said while gently pushing him away. Hondo didn't let go of youâ instead he held you even tighter. "No ones gonna see us, you worry too much." Hondo whispered into your ear while finally letting go of you and stepping back.
"We still on for dinner tonight? I'm making something veeeery special." He grinned at you, shaking your head amused you simply replied. "Wouldn't miss it for the world. Besides I get to spend some time with my two favourite people while eating good food. Now shoo I need to focus."
"Damn you're bossy." Hondo said teasingly while leaving the armory. "You love me anyways." You mumbled under your breath, watching as Hondo left to go do something.
A few days later you came to work all happy and giddy only to see other officers giving you weird looks. After overhearing the words "badge bunny" and "sleeping around" you ran into the locker room, only to see a photo glued onto your lockerâ it was a photo of you, Jessica and Hondo sitting together laughing, you were sitting on Hondo's lap with Jessica resting her head against Hondo's shoulder. You remembered that moment, since the three of you decided to go to a nearby amusement park, but how did someone get a picture of thatâŠ? You were off duty and no where near SWAT⊠It was very weird.
On the photo in red pen the words "BADGE BUNNY" were written in bold letters. Your heart dropped upon seeing what was written there. Then you heard quick footsteps before someone stopped right behind you, you didn't have to turn around to know who it was.
Hondo.
You heard him sigh quietly before he reached over to rip the photo off of your locker, crumpling the photo up and tossing it into a nearby trash can. Turning on your heel you fled the locker roomâ you could feel everyone's staring waiting for your reaction. Hondo didn't follow you yetâŠ
You immediately headed down the stairs to the 'basement' quickly walking past where the shooting range was. It was a place you discovered by accident, a small room with no windows and only some old storage lockers. Sitting down on the floor, you curled up bringing your knees to your chest.
Only a few weeks into your new job and you were called a badge bunny.
You knew what this meant, someone was trying to imply that you only got the job because you slept around. Silent tears began to stream down your cheeks as your entire body shook. Time passed and you were still curled up on the floor with your back to the wall, the tears had stopped flowing but you still felt so heartbroken.
Soon after you managed to calm down a little you heard voice's and hurried footsteps heading in your direction. By the footsteps you could tell it was Jessica and Hondo. The door to the small room then opened and upon seeing you unharmed they both breathed a sigh of relief, before Jess knelt down and pulled you into a very tight hug.
"It's okay, we got you." She whispered into your ear as you felt the tears start to flow again. Hondo also knelt down and rubbed your back as you buried your face into Jessica's neck.
"It was that officer, the one who was constantly staring at you. Hicks is dealing with him now." Hondo said quietly while squeezing your shoulder. "He doesn't take kindly to one of his best officers being treated that way." Hondo added while exchanging a glance with Cortez.
"Thank you." You whispered while pulling away from Jessica to look at Hondo. "No need to thank me sweetheart, I'm just taking care of my girls." Hondo said with a soft smile as he kissed your forehead. "You should've seen Hicksâ I don't think I've ever seen the commander that angry." Jessica said quietly with a small amused smile. "He had steam coming out of his ears, trust me sweetheart." Hondo said teasingly.
"That officer will probably be demoted, Hicks doesn't like rumors especially ones like thatâŠ" Hondo said quietly, exchanging a small glance with Jessica. "Good." You whispered as both of your partners smiled. "He'll never bother you again, we will make sure of that sweetheart." Hondo said while brushing a strand of hair out of your face.
