building a routine
creating a routine can help you stay organized and make the most of your time. to help you design a routine that works for you, take a look at these steps:
identify your goals: think about what you want to achieve with your routine. this could be related to work, study, personal projects, or self-care.
prioritize tasks: list out the tasks you need to accomplish and prioritize them based on importance and deadlines.
set specific times: allocate specific times for each task. try to be realistic about how long each task will take.
include breaks: make sure to schedule regular breaks to rest and recharge. this can help you stay focused and avoid burnout.
be flexible: while it’s important to stick to your routine, allow some flexibility for unexpected events or changes in your schedule.
review and adjust: periodically review your routine to see what’s working and what isn’t. make adjustments as needed to improve your productivity and well-being.
start small: if you’re new to routines, start with a few key tasks and gradually build up as you get more comfortable.
stay consistent: consistency is key to forming habits. try to follow your routine every day, even on weekends.

Israel is now bombing 1.7 million civilians trapped in Rafah, threatening an imminent invasion of the last “safe place” in Gaza.
Israel is committing the worst crimes in modern history, and Western regimes are calling it “self-defense”.
Never forget. Never forgive.

Set up a minimalist week in my Hobonichi Weeks Mega with me! 🥰
I had a little chat with a friend this morning about how self care is SO important. Especially when you’re so focused on productivity and checking off your achievement to do lists that you forget to stop, breathe, and do things for yourself. For me, seeing little reminders in my planner like, “play video games” or “spend time with God” or “drink water, dummy” helps remind me all week that my priorities should be less about “churn out things to make other people happy” and more about “I’m a person who deserves happiness too”. 🙏
I’ve spent the last couple weeks focused on journaling, house maintenance, and playing a *lot* of video games! 😂 I beat Last of Us 1 Remastered on PS4, beat Pokémon Legends Arceus (and am now playing the after game), bought Last of Us 2 and am working through it, have been enjoying some new Steam games, and just spending a lot of time in my Bible and with God who is my strength and my shield. ✝️ If it means I’m not posting much to my social media, so be it! Because I’m having fun, and I’m happy!
But don’t worry. Lots of new content coming soon. I have boxes and boxes full of cool stuff to show you, am replenished with ideas on cool new stationery content to dish out, and am just overall excited to dive back in. … When I feel like it. Lol.
Hope you all have a wonderful Monday, and a blessed week ahead! Don’t forget to work self care into your week this week. Put your oxygen mask on first, y’know? 💖

i'll just leave this here for anyone who sees "from the river to the sea" as a threat
After getting over the initial shock and heartbreak of this tweet and this reply, it hit me that (and I don't know if this is a cultural thing here in the middle east or an Islamic one)
A child has to be named even if they're stillborn.
For a child to not be named, that means there's no one left to name them. They were killed along with their entire family.
I hoped I was wrong, but I checked the list of victims of Israeli attacks and found this:
Israel has ended 47 Palestinian bloodlines over the course of this genocide (or perhaps more), so you might think that this little detail isn't that important, but I don't think we should get used to cruelty of this proportion, no matter how consistently Israel commits it.

What to boycott NOW to help stop Israel’s unfolding genocide of Palestinians in Gaza
We call on our supporters to strengthen our targeted boycott and divestment campaigns to maximize our impact!
Reminder that boycotting DOES work, there is historic proof! Don't let anyone discourage you otherwise!
The BDS movement uses the historically successful method of targeted boycotts inspired by the South African anti-apartheid movement, the US Civil Rights movement, the Indian anti-colonial struggle, among others worldwide.
We must strategically focus on a relatively smaller number of carefully selected companies and products for maximum impact. Companies that play a clear and direct role in Israel’s crimes and where there is real potential for winning, as was the case with, among others, G4S, Veolia, Orange, Ben & Jerry’s and Pillsbury. Compelling such huge, complicit companies, through strategic and context-sensitive boycott and divestment campaigns, to end their complicity in Israeli apartheid and war crimes against Palestinians sends a very powerful message to hundreds of other complicit companies that “your time will come, so get out before it’s too late!”
Please reblog! Spread this! There is an effort by zionists to discourage people from boycotting! Don't let them trample your spirits and help us in the fight for a liberated Palestine!
AL SHIFAA CATASTROPHE.
patients who were in al shifaa hospital had to evacuate and leave to southern gaza. patients with first degree burns, patients who have lost limbs, patients who have lost blood, patients who have been starved by the israeli-american-british-french-egyptian-arab siege and blockade on gaza, patients who had no access to any food or water or medicine for the last few days ARE FORCED TO LEAVE A HOSPITAL AND WALK 15 KILOMETERS SOUTH ON FOOT.
an eyewitness medical staff told al Jazeera: "i've seen men, women and children falling on the streets, barely able to stand on their feet let alone walk FIFTEEN KILOMETERS, THEY WILL DIE (HE SAID) THEY'VE BEEN GIVEN A DEATH SENTENCE BY THE IOF. if these people don't die from the fatigue they will be murdered by iof snipers who have been killing people randomly at check points or they will be kidnapped like many more. dead bodies are everywhere. the scenes are heart wrenching. this is not the gaza we know. everything is destroyed.
the israelis refused to let ambulances get to al shifaa to help evacuate people. and the iof forces destroyed all the vehicles parked in the hospital and put them on top of each other to make it impossible to use them. doctors refused to leave their patients behind, so around 250 patients who cannot move at all have stayed in the hospital accompanied by their doctors. the iof is planning to make al shifaa hospital a military base for his soldiers to rest and operate."
[the translation is mine and it is not word for word and this video is just a part of his testimony. but i tried to sum up everything he said]
what has this world become. how can anyone of those politicians, leaders and international organizations lift their heads and bluntly support Israel and make excuses for its war. how are they still bluntly and shamelessly calling hamas terrorists when we are all seeing who the terrorists really are. how can any human being witness all of this and still thinks "zionism is sexy" and chooses to "stand with Israel" and still thinks this is "self-defense"
