Emily strained against the restraints, the straightjacket pressing in tight as her sobs echoed faintly off the institutional walls. Her diaper, thick and crinkly, already carried the faint warmth of use—a fact she was painfully aware of with every little move. Shame burned on her skin as much as tears did on her cheeks.
Nurse Caldwell leaned forward now, her cool clinical expression unchanging as she snapped a note into the clipboard. Then she stood and moved closer to the bedside, her presence commanding.
“Let’s have a look then,” she said evenly, her tone so matter-of-fact it only deepened the humiliation. With a practiced grip, she slipped fingers at the elastic waistband of the diaper and peered inside, her expression calm as though checking a child. A subtle smile flickered.
“Wet, just as expected. Good girl. You’re already following instructions.”
Emily turned her face away, cheeks glowing crimson. “Please… don’t say that… I’m not… I’m not a baby,” she stammered through tears.
Caldwell only chuckled lightly under her breath. She laid her palm against the front of the diaper, gently pressing, then began to massage in slow circles. The thick padding crinkled under her touch as she applied just enough pressure to remind Emily of its weight and purpose.
Emily gasped, caught off guard by the sensation.
The nurse tilted her head, her voice slipping into a tone that was teasingly sweet, almost affectionate, but edged with mockery.
“You see, Emily, the more I check… the more natural it becomes. Soon, that warmth between your thighs won’t embarrass you.” Her hand gave a firmer, lingering press as she smirked down at the trembling patient. “In fact, I believe you’ll learn to like it. In here, diapers aren’t punishment. They’re part of who you are.”
Emily trembled, torn between shame and nervous anticipation she couldn’t put into words. Her lower lip quivered as fresh tears slid down her cheek.
Caldwell leaned closer, lowering her voice to a soft whisper right by Emily’s ear.
“But you will. That’s how diaper training works. You’ll stop holding back, and eventually, you’ll stop noticing at all. And when you’ve fully surrendered to your new dependence—well, that’s when we know your correction is complete.”
She pulled back, her voice returning to that cool neutrality as she patted the front of the diaper once more before withdrawing her hand.
“Soon enough, you’ll wonder why you ever resisted. And do you know the best part?” She gave a sly smile. “A diapered girl doesn’t cheat.”
Emily’s sob broke into a shuddering whimper, but her body’s trembling betrayed something more complicated than despair. Nurse Caldwell simply sat back down in her chair again, her face neutral once more, as if the teasing softness had been a brief, strategic intervention.
The program pressed on, and Emily had only taken her first steps into regression.
