Maybe a hurt/comfort where Sherlock struggles with refeeding issues? Maybe he's trying to eat properly for John but his poor, abused transport isn't taking to food as it should.

I must now admit to myself that I am a secret Benedict Cumberbatch feeder.

Because I'm not entirely sold on the weight gain aspect, here is what I desire. (I think I may have said this before...? Idk)

I would love to be in charge of ordering his food for him, like a dietician. And I would perform that job perfectly, plan out his meals so he can do well in his roles. But evey\ry once in a while, I would let him have his favorite treat, or have him get extra food, just so I could watch him eat until he's full and content and happy.

And then I would worship his belly.
