Another round of broadcast mixing with the wonderful ReDDs Media team... Also the first time I've been behind a console to mix for the first time in months, so safe to say I'm feeling pretty happy!!

Hey all!

So... uhh... hi? It’s been so long since I did anything here. Figured you good people (of less than 100 I think?) deserve some content and by jove shall I deliver. What’s changed? Well... I’m in college now? That’s a new thing. On a 2 year journey as a sound engineer, and at the end of it, what do I get? I get introduced to the crippling debt lifestyle of University (Go England!), and a glorified piece of paper saying I can do the job that I’ve done for the last four years. But hey, I enjoy it anyway. Mostly. Well... yeah mostly 😅😅. 

So my life so far?

September - Started College. October - Wild Paths Norwich as an assistant engineer. November - New IEMs - Shure SE215-CLs December - Christmas event with ReDDs Media. January - Honestly? Not much. Broadcast proposals? February - Hillsong London.

And nicely up to today. Nothing yet. But who knows. Practical assessment - Done. Podcasting assignment - Next week. Tomorrow - Meeting the man who signed freakin’ Oasis. Hell. Damn. YES!

Oh, and I’m also down to volunteer for my local TEDx event. I’m happy :)

Hopefully I’ll keep this updated as things go forward, but it’s me. Who knows. Hope y’all are all still alive (who knows), and I’ll keep you posted on any new developments as they happen(?). Well... not /as/ they happen, that’d be difficult. As soon as possible. And I’m rambling. I better go. Have fun :)

Sooo... college enrollment tomorrow, and I’m currently sitting backstage at One Event Lincolnshire 2019 as part of the visuals team - Life is good :)

It could be argued that it’s not *entirely* media based, but figured it was some half decent original content. I’m bored today, so what am I doing? Working on a keys rig based around MainStage 3 (Don’t worry, I have other instrument plugins such as Addictive Keys, Korg’s Legacy Collection, Roland Cloud, as well as other FX plugins, such as Little Plate, OSL Chorus, ERS Dim D) Figured someone might find this interesting :)

Have some original content? I mean you could always read my about section? I don’t know what I do now? Well, Imma get back to trying to bend Ableton to my will (I still hate working with it)
