i have been visiting yoga studios in Munich, and curious to see whatever practice named after yoga.. YogaDance, YogaTRX,YogaReformer, YogaFlow,YogaBasic,Hatha Yoga.. 🧘‍♀️ Incredibly creative.. Is this the confirmation, that yoga is happening now, for it being the Being now, can every practice be yoga if it is being in a mindful state?
