Here's a great #motivationmonday story for you! I'm sharing this photo because Diana ( @dvaciderayoga ) is such an inspiration. She came to Bali last June to train with me and got her 300 hour yoga teacher certificate. One day we went on excursion to try #supyoga. She was really afraid because she can't swim. She'd never been on a paddle board or in the ocean before, but she decided to over come her fears and give It a try. I assured her we will be safe. The yoga board is a great life saving floatation device! So, she did It and had such a blast! Then after almost 1 year, she decided she loves sup yoga and came down here to #costarica to get certified in #paddleboardyoga! She is living proof what you can achieve when you say no to fear and say yes to life! Anything is possible. 💛✨ What about you?
