You and Edge were walking in the park, your friends were buying ice cream.

You laughed at Edge's jokes, bad and good. You also did a few, maybe worst, but still.

"You are really funny, my baby." You complimented him.

"You Are Funny Too, Dear." He complimented back.

The wind was gentle, the leafs were flying and your boyfriend was cute and his laughter was sounding like bells.

"Daridana, Walking With You Like This In The Park... It Feels So Nice, Relaxing And Comfortable. These Are The Times When I Feel The Most Connected With You. Honestly? I Really Love You, My Sweet Soul- Uhm... Everything.." Your boyfriend was speaking so sweetly, he always did that... but he mostly did that when he wanted something.

"What do you want, my sweet talking boyfriend?" You giggled as you asked.

"Well, If You Insist..." he mumbled.

"Come on, I didn't even insist... I-" it was that moment you realised that you've been walking alone.

Turning your head, you saw Edge kneeling in front of you.

"U-Uh... Edge? Did you hurt yourself?" You asked, though there was another thought of what he was doing in your head.

He took out a small... red and pink box? Oh, good! You thought for a moment that he was proposing!-

"Daridana... This Name Is Ringing In My Skull Everytime I Hear It... Your Voice Is Like Honey And Your Eyes Are Like Crystals, Your Hair Is Like A Chocolate Fountain Or A Chocolate Tsunami... Your Skin Feels Like A Soft Blanket... Your Personality Is Written On My Bones, The Way You Care... The Way You Speak, The Way You Play With My Mind Everytime... The Way You Make Jokes... You Are Simply Heaven." He breathed out the last part.

You blushed and were left speechless. He was... very sweet. More than normal. Did he want something? Your mind went blank.

He opened it and it was revealed that inside was a beautiful ring. Your friends cheered in the background, but they didn't force you to say 'yes' if you didn't feel ready.

Hot tears were in your eyes as you remembered the beautiful times and hard times where Edge was always there. He never let you down or made you uncomfortable. He was always nice and gentle. Made sure that you were safe and sound.

Your voice cracked as you gave your answer. "No..." you sniffed.

Edge's eyelights were wide and full of shock and sadness, but said nothing. Your friends were shocked but they didn't protest.

As he got up, he opened his arms for you to enter into his warm embrace. You hoped that he sensed your soul and that it was joke.

But as you ran into his arms, you yelled loud and happy. "You idiot! It's a yes! I won't let you go so easily, just so you know!"

He laughed and nuzzled you. "I'm So Happy That You Want To Be My Wife!!" Edge's smile was wide and his eyelights were wobbly, but happy.

"Dummy! I'm your Fiancée! I'm not your wife!" You giggled.

"Yet!" He kissed you and you gladly accepted it.

The strangers near you two were clapping and cheering like they were the ones who were getting married.

"Good job, Punk! Now you really have him wrapped around your finger!" Undyne grinned and patted your back.

"Yeah! And now, Edge, you won't get rid of Daridana ever!" Alphys snickered.

"I swear, if you don't pick me as your best woman, you will see the worst of me!" Your bestie joked.

"Congratulations, you two!! Babe, when are we going to get married??" Your bestie's boyfriend asked, giving her puppy eyes.

"Oh, hush!" Was your bestie's response.

Rufus and Pluto gave the both of you beautiful flowers (from where? You didn't know), Meggs said that she would do your wedding dress, Emmily was ready to help Meggy decorate the dress and Josh said that he would do your hair, makeup and nails.

The restaurant nearby was giving you all free food because of the proposal and you all gladly accepted.

"Okay... so for decorations... wait, but the food too..." you mumbled as you were writing down what was needed for the wedding. And what about the honeymoon too? Sigh, they were a lot to do...

"Why Is My Fiancée Stressing Over The Wedding?" Edge asked as he approached you, sitting down next to you.

"Because who will do all this if not us??" You huffed, sitting down your notebook and pen.

"My Beautiful, Smart Fiancée... It Wasn't Even A Week After My Great Proposal And You're Planning The Wedding?" Edge chuckled.

"So?? It is good to be prepared." you told him, booping his nose.

"Come On, Spare Yourself And Me From All The Work, Won't you?" He booped your nose back.

"But-"

"What? Are You Really This Excited For Our Wedding? Or Are You Excited For Our Honeymoon?~" he teased, half hugging you.

"Edge!" You slapped his shoulder, but he only proceeded to chuckle.

You spent the day cuddling and talking, thinking about the future but staying in the present. You can't wait to get married to the one you love!

And so is Edge, if his constant blushing and stuttering when it comes to your wedding is any indication.

The wedding day is here and you are so hyped.

Your dress was the same color as your Fiancé's magic. Your hair was majestic. Everything about you was.

Edge had a beautiful look on his face, one that represent happiness, excitement and proudness because he has such a lovely wife as you.

"You may kiss the bride" said the priest.

"Ugh, Finally!" Edge rolled his eyes, his smirk still present.

He jumped in your arms and you carried him bridal style as you kissed him.

What? You carried him since birth! He wasn't that heavy.

The food was delicious, the people were having fun, the jokes just seemed too good even if they came from Red or Sans, it was just perfect. Also, your cats were eating half the food, so it's fine, at least the food doesn't go to waste.

"Sooo..." your bestie started. "After you come from your honeymoon... you must give the full details of everything you two did." She winked at the two of you. You and Edge were blushing like crazy and both scolded her.

"W-Wait, what?!" Your eyes were wide as plates.

"What? You Don't Want To Go Out With Me?" Edge seemed a little sad, but willing to let you go if you really don't want to.

"N-No! I mean... with me? Just you... and me? Like.. you want to be my partner??" You were sweating and you were very nervous.

"Well... I Have Been Thinking About It And I Find You Worthy To Be My Mate." He tried to impress you, but it was clear that the choice was all yours.

You wanted to deny, not because Edge was a bad person or anything, but because how would it work out. Would it be okay? Would your friendship be ruined? You have seen so many relationships that started good, but ended very badly like cheating, arguments, drinking, etc.

But you thought about it... you saw just how Edge came up to you today, flowers in hand, a flustered face and a confident yet nervous smile.

Edge always treated you like a queen. Many people asked and thought if you two were together! Undyne and Alphys always tried to put you two together, to make you two kiss and accept each other as mates.

He always put you on top, saved you from many dangerous and deadly situations even when he could just leave without you, he almost showed his SOUL to you because you promised him you will try to protect him too, he always found you more as a girlfriend than a childhood best friend.

You took a deep breath in. "I would like that..." you mumbled, smiling and blushing like your crush just noticed you.

"R-Really?" Edge's face light up, his eyelights were sparkling like two big bright stars. That was so cute...

"Yes!" Your smiled widened, jumping into his arms.

"YAY!" He nuzzled your shoulder, holding you tightly.

"When are we going?" You asked as you giggled in happiness.

"NOW!" He shouted, spinning you around.

"NOW?!" You laughed.

"Yes!!" He nodded, looking up at you.

There you were, sitting in a dress that you found the most elegant. Edge said that he had enough patience to let you get ready and then meet you at Lily's Cafe.

You were waiting for him, was he coming anytime soon? Of course! He has too... right?

As you started to think if this was a good idea, Edge came to your table and sat down in front of you.

He looked veryyyy handsome. You couldn't help but eye him up and down. He wore an elegant costume, his tie was red. "I'm So Sorry For Not Being Here On Time, My Dear.." he mumbled, holding your hand.

"Oh, pffft! Please don't apologise! It's fine, really!" You were sweating already. Was it hot outside or...?

The date was outside on a beautiful night, the candles were lightning so beautifully and the atmosphere was perfect. But you couldn't help but break the silence with the most embarrassing thing ever, just to lit up the situation.

"Wouldn't it be funny if we exploded right now?" You smiled, trying hard to be cheeky, but you just looked like an absolute fool.

Though, Edge is looking unfazed and continuing to admire you.

As you wanted to say another thing (probably another embarrassing thing) he sighed a breath of... relief? Content? Both?

"You Are The Most Beautiful Person I Have Ever Seen." His eyelights looked like a pool of stars.

You giggled, blushing crazily. "Woah, I never knew you can say that so dazed looking." You grinned.

He shrugged. "I Know A Pretty Girl When I See One." He smirked.

"But... you didn't confess to me more sooner." You pointed out.

He hummed. "That Is Because I Was A Fool. Thinking That It Is All In My Mind... Turns Out I Was Wrong!" Edge chuckled.

"Yeah.." you admired him.

"How About We Order And Then We Go On A Walk?" The tall skeleton suggested.

"I would love that." You smiled once more.

Lily came and took your orders, after eating and chatting a while longer, you both went on a walk and enjoyed the breezy night.

So it was inevitable, huh? No matter how hard you tried... you two ended up in a healthy and happy relationship. While everyone was like: "Finally...."

"Sweetie... You Added Salt Instead Of Sugar!!" Edge sighed, taking the salt from you.

"How would I know?? They look the same!!!" You exclaimed, your palm sliding down your face.

Edge tried to learn you how to do a special dessert made by him. But, of course, you suck at it too. Damn it.

He chuckled. "Baby, It Is Written On It!" He showed you the big tag that has "SALT" written on it.

"Oh..." you blinked. How many times are you going to fail? This is the third time!

"You Know What? I Think You Are Too Stressed To Make It Perfect." He told you what he observed.

"Stressed? Oh please, I barely catch a break!" You sighed.

"And Who Works Like... Ten Jobs?" The lanky skeleton asked. It was true, you did work ten jobs... you were a babysitter on Monday and Thursday, you were a plantsitter on Tuesday, you helped in the Daycare on Saturday, you sold things on Etsy, you were a dancer (dancing at performers) sometimes, you were a tutor, you were a singer, you were a cooking assistant, you were working in Lily's cafe... hooo boy... even though it seemed humanely impossible, you still had free time.

You sighed. "I know, but.... I can't quit any job! They all bring good payment!" You told him. "Plus... the people are very nice and I don't have the soul to quit..." you vented.

"I Understand... But You Have To Let Some Of Them Go. You Can't Just Continue Like This..." he caressed your hair.

You nodded. "Yeah..." you hugged him.

"I'm Sure They Understand You, My Pretty Girl." He hugged you back.

You decided to restart the special dessert.

As Edge was explaining you how to make it once again, you needed to ask. "What is the dessert's name anyway?" You asked as you surely added sugar instead of salt.

"I Like To Call It "DariSsert"." It took you a moment to process it... oh! Dessert- Dari-Ssert!

You blushed and shook your head. "You crazy skeleton." You giggled.

"Oh, Believe Me, I Lost All My Sanity After I Met You." He chucked.

"Hey!" You rolled your eyes. "We know each other since birth!" You reminded him.

He shrugged, still grinning. "Guess I Was Never Sane, Huh?" You elbowed him.

♡Day Twenty Five: Dress Up♡

"Hmmmmm. Who to choose?"

This day, there was a competition that was called "Prettiest Cat", meaning that the judges would have to judge the outfit that the cat wears and rate them. The winner gets a free vacation to Paris.

You and Edge both agreed that this competition was going to be won by you two.

The hard task was.... which cat? You had seven cats and each of them were daddy's princesses. So choosing between them is difficult for Edge. It was up to you who gets chosen.

Pipaya was a very cute cat, she was a British Shorthair. She had the looks, was cute and could win everyone's heart and attention. The problem was, that she is very chaotic. Meaning that she will destroy the place up if she sees another cat or mouse or simply just if someone breathe air. And if she sees receive a mouse that she wants? The whole place gets scratched and bitten, especially the judges. So... sadly that's a no.

Waater was adorable too! He is a Korat cat. He is calm, adorable and less.... chaotic. He would've been the most perfect cat to pick! But when he's bored he just leaves. And you can't have a cat that leaves in the middle of the show! So... that's a no too.

Nugget is a very spoiled princess, like every other cat that Edge takes care of. Nugget is... you don't really know, but she looks more like a Ragdoll cat, you think. Nugget, in comparison with Waater and Pipaya, is much more less for her to get bored quickly, since she enjoys the attention, and she won't destroy the whole place down.... at least not that quick. There's two bad things to her: One (1). She doesn't like when the attention isn't on her and will meow and will jump on the judges. She is a veryyyy jealous cat... Two (2). She is so 'elegant' and picky that if she doesn't like an outfit, she will scratch you, not Edge. Mphm. Not fair. Again, another no.

Layle is a very lazy cat. She doesn't want to be at the competition! She will fall asleep and snore. How is she your cat? It looks like she is more Sans' cat! So no, because she will fall asleep while you dress her, and despite her being skinny (not really, but still) she is heavy and has no mercy by waking up. She is a Persian cat.

Popeye is an Exotic cat. He is.... a very crazy cat. He has zoomies every once in two seconds, so he would destroy the whole place in three seconds! He eats all day and then runs off on the roof. How does he always get there? Sadly, that's a no too.

Last one is Chicken! Chicken is a polite cat and very friendly! Despite Chicken being mostly Poplar's cat and not really counting as you or Edge's cat, she sometimes comes into your house and hangs for a few days at most. Poplar does mind sharing her with you and Edge! She is a Sphinx cat. Chicken is mostly gentle and careful, even helps the person that dresses her in a few ways! She is likely to be the best one of them! So, that's a yes! Plus, Edge spoils her too... a lot... just like the other cats..

Greenyl... is another British Shorthair. He is a crazy cat. More crazy than Popeye! He loves eating cheese and annoying you very much. He eats your food when you're not looking and likes to destroy TVs! ...this is the second TV you had changed in a week... sorry, Greenyl, but no. You can't just destroy everything and then run off!

The only one that seems more.... chosen, is Chicken!

You went into your garden to try and find them, and lucky for you, it wasn't that hard. She was in the front yard of the house, sleeping. You nudged her to wake up and at her confused and dazed look, you explained everything about the competition.

When you two got in, you placed some clothes that you bought for them to choose! You really hope she will like it!

Oooh! You watched as Chicken picked a fairy dress with a headband! That's so cute. Luckily, Chicken was in no rush to leave and go to Poplar, so that's good.

You gently and carefully dressed her up and she helped you by not running away and putting her head into the dress to fully wear it.

Then, as you did the final touches, Poplar came in.

"Ah. How beautiful she is! Truly amazing!" He chuckled.

You turned around. "Oh, hey Poplar! Thanks! She chose the outfit herself!" You watched as Poplar petted Chicken and complimented her more.

"Are you two going somewhere?" He asked, turning his skull to look at you.

"Uh, yeah, actually! There is a competition called "Prettiest Cat" and me and Edge are in the competition!" You explained.

"Oh! I heard about the competition, yes. But I'm sorry to disappoint... you see, Chicken needs to go to the veterinarian as soon as possible! She has been dealing with some tummy aches for a while." He explained too, giving you an apologetic look.

Your eyebrows raised. "I'm so sorry to hear that! I had no idea." You mumbled. "But, of course that's no problem at all! Please, do take her to the vet!" You understood his and Chicken's situation.

"Thank you." He took the Sphinx cat in his arms. "But what about the competition?" Poplar asked. "I know just how.... 'diabolical' your cats can be." He chuckled. You giggled at that too.

You thought a bit... when suddenly, you had a better idea. "Don't worry... let's just say that Edge would be... meow-mazed!" You laughed and Poplar groaned at the pun.

"And continuing to Ms. and Mrs. Gaster and their wonderful- uhhh.." the reporter titled his head. "Ms. Gaster and her wonderful husband-cat??"

You petted Edge's skull. Edge wore a cat headband, a cat tail and had painted whiskers on. Edge let out a 'Meow...'

"You Better Prepare Those Cat Outfits At Home..." he mumbled for only you to hear. You giggled at that.

"Don't worry, I will." You whispered back. It was the only way that Edge would agree.

"Uhhh, care to tell us more about your pet?" Tue reporter asked.

"Meow..." Edge meowed.

"Well, uh... he is a very talented cat, you see! He likes cooking and dancing! So cute, am I right?" You petted Edge once more.

"I see..." the reporter mumbled. "Well, folks! Some applauds for the cute cat and their owner!" The reporter smiled.

Your phone was buzzing with the messages the skeleton group gave. You were on TV after all!

You wondered what the skeletons were thinking back at home.

"HAHAHAHAH! NO WAY!" Blue laughed, his laughter being heard miles away.

"What type of bet did he lose??!!" Red wheezed out.

Nox chuckled and shook his head.

"Well, Daridana did say that Edge would be meow-mazed!" Poplar chuckled as well.

Sans and Stretch were thinking about millions of puns they could make when Edge for home.

Ash giggled while he checked his flowers and Rus was wheezing out some words that didn't make sense because of his laughter.

Papyrus stopped his cooking temporarily to join the others and laugh at the funny cat-Edge.

Today, Edge needed to leave for a business trip and will be back around midnight.

You thought you could surprise him somehow, but first? You gotta walk him to the bus.

"I'll miss you, honey pie." You dramatically said.

He rolled his eyelights, but still had a smile on his face. "Oh You..." he kissed your forehead before getting into the bus.

As he went in the bus, you waved at him and watched as the bus drove away.

Welp, time to start decorating!

You took some cash and went to the store. Thankfully, they had a discount today for whatever reason.

You bought flowers from Josh, you bought a nice outfit from Meggs and bought a tutorial for how to make handcrafted stuff from Emmily.

"Ooooh, gettin' them flowers for a special someone?~" Josh teased.

"What?! Just shut it!" You blushed.

"This lovely dress for you? With what occasion?~" Meggy wiggled her eyebrows.

"For... uh, work!" You paid and left quickly.

"A tutorial book? And most exactly for romantic lovers? You are crazy, girl.~" Emmily giggled at your red face.

"Don't think too far!" You huffed and left.

The conversations still played in your head as you entered into Lily's cafe. She smiled when she saw you.

"Hey, Daridana!" Lily greeted you.

"Hi, Lily!" You greeted back.

"Watcha looking for?" She asked, seeing that you came here with a good reason. "Decided you wanted to work?" She joked.

"Haha, very funny, I actually came here to buy a cake or something." You told her, looking at the stuff she sold today.

Since you work here, everything is free to you. So no paying, yay!

"I have everything and anything you could possibly want!" Lily reassured you.

"Thanks girl, I knew I could count on you and your cutie." You smiled.

"Want a chocolate cake?" She asked, eyeing the cakes she made.

You had a better idea. "Can I make a cake?" You looked at Lily. "But I need your help because I really like the way they turn out when you make them!" You suggested.

"Of course!" Lily grinned at the praise.

The flowers were ready.... the cake was ready... the pillows you made were in a beautiful heart shape.... you were ready....

As the door opened, you blushed more.

Edge came in and had a surprised look on his face.

The whole room was decorated with rose petals, heart shaped pillows, a delicious cake made by you and most importantly.... you♡

"Well, Well, Well... What A Pleasant Surprise." He grinned, proud of your work. "All This For Me? That's So Sweet..." he mumbled, walking towards you and kissing your cheeks.

"You like it? I made the pillows myself!" You praised yourself, kissing his nose in return.

"Of Course I Do... It's So Lovely..." he admired your work.

"Want to eat the cake I prepared?" You asked, taking the not-so-sharp knife in your hand.

"Actually..." he lifted you up bridal style. "I want to eat this cake." He nibbled on your cheek.

"Hey!! Not fair!" You giggled.

"Oh yeah, like totally..." a girl was talking with her friend.

"And then I scored in the teachers head...." someone talked about their success.

"What do you think about my hair...." a boy asked their best friends.

It was the first day of school and you were nervous. Why? You could make so many friends! ...But what will they think of you?

Your mom and dad kissed you goodbye and said that they will come and pick you up after school finished. You missed them.

Your parents said that your best friends will attend too.., but where were they?

You had your backpack tight into your fists, looking at other kids getting along just well. What happened with you? You were never nervous to go talk and make friends... so why now? Why ever?

Was it the fact that two girls were talking mean things about you? That's why? Or was it the fact that the kids snickered everytime they saw you?

You sat down next to the school's fence and opened up your backpack. You wanted to draw something to clear your mind a bit.

You wanted to draw a unicorn. Maybe then you could show it to your teacher? Yeah.... yeah...

Who knew third grade was scary? You drew your fear and nervousness on the paper.

With every stroke of the unicorn, your negative emotions and thoughts faded away like a cloud.

Just as you were getting more relaxed, those two girls approached you.

One of them had blonde hair and green eyes, having a pink jacket and glittery dress on. Her sandals were a beautiful baby blue and her necklace had a turtle on it.

The other one had brown hair and blue eyes, she had her nails painted green and had yellow shorts on with an orange shirt to match the sunny look.

They were both pretty tall and clearly rich. They looked at you like you were some sort of an alien, but they were amused .

"Oh, look! The ugly girl that we kept seeing. What's wrong, baby? Too scared to make friends?" The blonde one spoke.

"Ha! I bet she doesn't even have friends!" The brown one added.

Your eyes started to water. They were mean! Very mean! Why did they say that..? You weren't a baby!

"Cry baby! You aren't so tough, huh?" The girl with painted green nails laughed.

"Oh, please! She's so sensitive!" The pink jacket one snickered.

You tried to ignore them by continuing to draw your unicorn. W-What will you call the b-beautiful pony? Crystal...? Yeah... that's a pretty name... a-and what about making the horn pink.? Y-Yeah... Crystal would like that... right?

"Hey, baby!" The brown hair girl snatched your notebook. "What are you drawing?" She took a look on your drawing, showing it to the blonde girl too.

They started to laugh. Why were they laughing? Why were they mean? What did you do wrong? Your eyes started to sting even more and everything started to become even more blurry.

"What is this?" The one with the blue eyes asked her friend... or best friend of we come to that..

"I don't know, but it's hideous!" The other one wheezed out.

They kept laughing and laughing about your drawing... until you got tired of it.

You got up and snatched your drawing back from them, then you ran away from them while tears ran down your cheeks.

You heard laughter from behind you, but you just didn't care anymore.

You hid behind the school, digging your nails into your drawing. You hated it! You hated the way Crystal looked like! What an awful name too! You just couldn't make anything good, huh?!

You hugged your knees to your chest and started sobbing into your drawing. You hated school! You hated the first day! Why did they laugh at you?! They were the bratty kids, not you!! They don't know that you were supposed to be the pretty one! The popular one! Why them?! Why not you...?

...Where was Red? Where was Sans? Where was Milo? Where was Stretch and Blue? What about Butch and Axe? Why wasn't Wine or Rus here? ...You would've liked the company that Money provided.... Papyrus would've know how to cheer you up...

Where were you? You were supposed to wait for him!

Edge looked left and right for you, but to no use. You were not found.

He went and asked the football team.

"Excuse Me, Do You Know Where Daridana Went?" At their confused look, he explained, "A Pretty Tall Girl With Dark Brown Hair And Dark Shiny Brown Eyes, She Wears A Hello Kitty Outfit And Her Backpack Is With Rainbow Colors." He described you.

The team shared a look and they all shrugged. "Sorry, we didn't see her." One of the kids told him.

Edge nodded. "Thank You For Your Help, Please Inform Me If You See Her." When the football team agreed, Edge left to ask someone else.

He went and asked the three kids that were talking about everything and anything.

"Excuse My Interruption, But Have You Seen A Pretty Girl This Tall, Has Two Ponytails And Wears A Pink Dress With Hello Kitty On It?" He asked the trio.

"Oh, we haven't seen a pretty girl anywhere!" One girl with braces on and a high ponytail shook her head.

Edge looked at the other two kids. "Oh, no. I haven't seen a girl that tall with two ponytails! Sorry..." the boy with pink highlights, cat monster ears and green shoes sincerely told him.

"It Is No Problem." Edge reassured him. "What About You?" The skeleton asked the second girl with beautiful dark skin and braided hair.

Edge shook his skull at her apology, "It Is Alright If You Haven't Seen Her, But Please, Do Tell Me If You See Her." He told them and they all nodded.

As Edge turned on his heel to leave and to ask somebody else or the teacher, the girl with braces called out to him. "Hey, lanky skeleton?" He hummed and turned his skull to see her better. "I'm Meggy by the way. And I wanted to tell you to be careful to two girls!" Meggy warned him.

"Yeah, the blonde one is Jenny and the other one is Jayden." The cat monster revealed the two girls' name. "And I'm Josh by the way." He introduced himself.

"Meggs and Josh know what their talking about! They are very rude and evil!" The braided hair girl told him. "Oh, and I'm Emmily!" She smiled.

Edge nodded at the trio's name. "Beautiful Names You All Three Have, My Name Is Edge." The three kids blushed at Edge's compliment. So... two evil girls, hm? "Well, About The 'Evil' Girls... I'll Let You Know That Daridana Is The Sweetest Girl Ever And Can Make Even The Worse People Melt At Her Words!" He praised you, because he liked you saw first hand how sweet you can actually be, plus you two basically knew each other from birth! So extra points? Or was it bonus points? Stars, you make him lose his rationality!

"Awhhh!" The trio said at the same time. Edge huffed and didn't let that affect him. So what if he was blushing?! It was hot outside! That's why!

If you want, we can help you find her!" Meggs suggested. The other two nodded.

That made Edge come back from his daydreaming and clear his non-existent throat. "Well, Extra Help Is Good Than None." He accepted their help.

"Great! I'll go check in the school! Let's all meet up if we find anything" Emmily said, already walking towards the playground.

"Then I'll go check the nearby store! That's where I buy my chips. Lily's mom is very nice! She gives me free chips!!" Josh excitedly exclaimed, bouncing away.

"And I'll go check if anyone else had seen her." Meggs lastly spoke.

"Good. I Will Walk Around Here To See If I Can Find Her." Meggs nodded and left Edge alone.

As Meggy left and now he was alone.

So, mean girls they say? Edge had a suspicion that they had something to do with you.

And he will not tolerate that.

Ugh, where were you?! The fun didn't end yet!

"Hey, Jenny!" Jayden whispered to her best friend.

"Yes, Jayden?" She turned her head, curious what will the brown hair girl will say.

"Do you know where that girl went to?" She asked, still whispering.

"Mmmm, I have a small idea as to where she went." Jenny hummed. "But... I have a good plan that will mess with her!" She laughed and so did Jayden.

"Oooh, I love your creative plans!" Jayden told Jenny.

"I know.. I am the best after all!" The blonde girl praised herself.

Edge tried his best to find the two girls that the trio talked about, but to no use.

He checked the bathrooms, checked the empty classrooms, checked the attic, checked the basement, checked near the school, asked Meggs and Josh and Emmily, but nothing.

The start of school and the welcoming must start in an hour or so and you still weren't found! Where were you, pretty girl?

He decided to go to the nearby park to see if anyone was there. And then he saw...

Jenny and Jayden!

They were both laughing uncontrollably and kept on saying something.

Edge got mad, they had to be the reason you disappeared!

He stomped until he got face to face with them.

"Excuse Me, Had You Seen A Girl With A Hello Kitty Dress?" He asked, his voice screaming controlled anger.

The two girls both looked at each other before giggling once more. "Oh, you mean that cry baby? Yeah! Such a loser!" Jayden smirked.

Edge held his fists hard, trying to dismiss the urge to say them a few things. Instead, he took a deep breath and asked them: "Where Is She?"

After sharing a look between them, Jenny responded: "Good question..." she mumbled, "probably crying in a corner or something!" She laughed once more.

As Edge wanted to open his mouth and say something disrespectful, he noticed that the blonde girl had a drink in her hand.

And so, he walked between them, spilling the drink on both the girls. "Hey!" And "What the-" could be heard from them.

Edge's only mission was to make sure that his Pretty Girl is safe and happy.

You sobbed as your dress was wasted by orange juice. It was brand new!

Your tears rushed down your cheeks like a tsunami and your hiccups were wild as a tornado.

The drawing of Crystal was crinkled and ugly. It wasn't pretty anymore!

You wailed as you remember the fact that they laughed at your beautiful name you once were proud of...

Your hair was a mess, your eyes were red and puffy, your dress was ruined, your nice shoes were dirty and your backpack was broken because of them!! What a horrible first day of school!

As you continued to express your sadness by crying, some distant yelling can be heard. Who was it? What did they want? Hadn't you suffered enough? Can't they just leave you alone?

Those shouts became louder and clearer, the voice becoming more familiar.

"Daridana?" Edge called.

But you didn't feel strong enough to tell him you're here. Let him find you...

Edge could feel your presence by your soul, though since he was a kid, his senses aren't that great nor too developed. But your soul? He knew it was yours, always. You had a unique soul and sound, just perfect and beautiful...

But now? As he was getting closer to a stairway that was connected to an apartment building, the more he felt your sad and depressed soul shout out in distress.

He remembered that you once did the same thing. When two of your friends ran after you, you got scared and hid next to a stairway, hoping someone will find you or at the very least... leave you alone...

After an adult found you, you were taken back to your friend's house and those two kids apologised to you, saying that they were playing tag with you. Them, you ate a sandwich, accepted their apology and moved on...

But while those kids ran after you and when you hid, far from people's eyes... you had a panic attack.. and the same situation is happening now too..

You ran, you hid and you were having a panic attack...

Edge ran towards the apartment building, his pace unforgiving fast.

Your soul got louder and louder and soon, he got close to the stairway from in between two apartment buildings, where some trash cans could be located.

Then, behind the staircase was you.

Your knees were hugged tightly to your chest, your face hidden in your knees. You were trembling and your breaths were coming in short. Your heartbeat was going crazy, you felt sick and you heard ringing in your ears...

As you heard someone approach you, you lifted your head off of your knees and looked at that someone.

It was Edge.

He approached you slowly, kneeling down in front of you and patting your shoulder. "Daridana? Breathe, Come On..." he tried to soothe you

You shook your head, "I-I can't! Everything is ruined now! Look at me, I'm a mess!" You gestured to your dress and yourself.

Edge tsk and sat on your right side. He draped an arm around your shoulders, touching his forehead with yours. You needed to calm down, if your rising sickness was any indication.

Edge felt really bad about you and breathed out... "Pretty Girl.." he gently called out. When you looked at him, he continued, "What Are Five Things You Can See?" He asks.

You looked around before answering. "A big trash can... m-my ruined dress...." you started to say, but you lost all your power to continue. Luckily, Edge wouldn't let that happen. He nudged you and caressed your hair. Seeing that you don't have a choice in the matter, you begrudgingly continued. "My destroyed backpack... you... and me..." you said it in a whisper type of voice.

"Good Job, Pretty Girl... Now, What Are Four Things You Can Touch?" You noticed he was using the 5-4-3-2-1 technique, but you were too caught up in your own mess to care or to pay attention to it.

You looked at him, he had a soft expression on his face with a hint of concern. "The ground... the stairway... you... and... a-and..." you started to worry once more because you couldn't find the last thing, but Edge took your hand and pressed it against your backpack. You knew what he was doing. "A-And my backpack..." you gave him a weak smile, he seemed happy with it.

"Amazing Job, Daridana! You're Almost There. Now... What Are Three Things You Can Hear?" He wiped your tears away, kissing your cheeks.

"Uhm...." you listened closely. Your sickness was slowly going away. "A car or more.. people talking and a... cat meowing?" You looked at the trash containers and heard a cat meowing before they got out of it with a dead fish in their mouth.

Edge chuckled, "Well, At Least We Aren't Alone, hm?" The tall skeleton joked.

"Yeah..." you agreed, looking at your hands.

"Two Things You Can Smell, What Are Those?" He rubbed your back in a circular motion.

You sniffed a few times. You couldn't really smell anything since your nose was puffy, but you could make out two things. "The trash cans and your p-perfume." You replied to his question.

He kissed your temple. "You Are Doing So Good, Pretty! Last One: What Is One Thing You Can Taste?" The lanky skeleton titled his head.

"Well...." you stayed and analyzed. Your mouth tasted like caramel since you ate some caramel candies on your way to school. "Caramel!" You smiled.

"Wonderful Job, Pretty Girl!" He snatched you into a tight hug. "That's My Girl!" He nuzzled your shoulder.

You two stayed like that for quite a while, not wanting to ruin the moment by moving. You took in the scent of Firewood that Edge usually wore, making you more relaxed. He took in the scent of Chocolate that you usually wore, making him more happy to be with you.

"Daridana?" He called out, Interrupting the moment. "What Happened? What Did Those Girls Do To You?" He tried to make eye contact with you, but you held him tighter.

"Uhm..." you mostly lost your voice since you sat and cried a long time. "Those girls made fun of my unicorn drawing..." you broke the hug to show him the sad drawing of Crystal. You held the drawing in your hands, handing it to him.

Your drawing was mostly destroyed, wrinkled and wet with tears and also a bit ripped. But the drawing was still visible. "It's A Very Beautiful Drawing, Daridana." He complimented. "What's their name?" He asked, seeming really interested in your unicorn.

"Her name is Crystal." You replied. "Look, she even has a pink horn!" You excitedly exclaimed.

He nodded along as you told him about her. You both talked about Crystal, but soon you came back to the main subject.

"What Happened To Her? Why Did She Became This... Destroyed?" There were no other words to describe Crystal the unicorn.

You started to explain the events that had happen. The way they snatched your drawing and laughed at it, the way you stole it back, hid and cried.

"But That Doesn't Explain How You Got Your Dress Dirty, Your Backpack Broken And Your Hair Messy." The comforting skeleton pointed to each of these things and your gracious hair.

"W-Well.... that's part number two..." you took a breath in. "You see.... they soon found me and stole my backpack. I told them to give it back and to... to leave me alone... but they started looking in my backpack, s-saw my name... then they made fun of my name..." you let out a shaky breath out at the memory, "after... that.... they destroyed my backpack... and I ran away, b-but..." you teared up, Edge caressed it away, "one of them snatched my hair... a-and wouldn't let go... the other one threw her juice on my clothes..." you sighed, "before they left.. they stepped on my shoes.... that's why their so dirty...."

Edge hugged you tightly, nuzzling your cheek. "Don't Worry, Me And My Brothers Will Take Care Of It.." he mumbled. "Now, How About We Go Back? I Promise I Won't Leave Your Side."

You slowly nodded at the mention of not being left alone.

You came back in the school yard, Milord checked you and asked what happened. Edge explained it shortly.

"WHAT?!" His frowned, "THAT'S NOT FAIR!! WHERE ARE THOSE GIRLS-" Edge cut him off.

"We Need To Take Care Of Her First, So Go Tell The Others As I Take Care Of Her." He told Milord and he huffed, but nodded.

Meggy, Emmily and Josh came up to Edge to give him the bad news that they didn't find you, until they saw you, of course.

Emmily gasped. "What happened to you, sweetie?!" She placed her hand on your cheek.

"Poor thing...." Josh sadly said.

Edge explained very short what happened again. The trio was in shock.

"Oh, no! Don't worry, girly! The Cheese Trio to the rescue!" Meggs grinned.

"We are not calling our trio The "Cheese" Trio..." Emmily and Josh said at the same time.

The plan was simple: you will get dressed while Edge and his brothers handled everything.

Meggy did your outfit, apparently her mom works as a fashion designer and she usually gets extra clothes since she claims she is clumsy and gets dirty a lot.

Emmily repaired your backpack, making it brand new! They added glitter and beautiful charms!

Josh did your hair, making it look like you had cat ears! Sooo cute! He added bows and hair clips too!

And they explained everything about themselves and how they met Edge. You blushed a little at their words and they "oooooh" at you, but you quickly waved your hand at them and told them to stop.

Meanwhile, the rest of the plan was going smoothly so far.

Butch explained everything to the teacher, apparently there were some other kids that complained about them too so that lead to Jenny and Jayden having detention for a whole week after the first day of school.

"What, not fair!" Jenny crossed her arms and looked away. Jayden huffed in disbelief.

"The rules are rules, young ladies!" The teacher stood her ground.

The two brats turned on their heel and left. Sans 'accidentally' spilled juice on their already-messy shirts.

"Opps..." he said.

"What the-?!" Jenny huffed. "Watch where you're going, stupid!" And continued walking.

Outside, Axe and Stretch freed some rats and lizards. The rats ate Jenny and Jayden's backpack and the lizards messed their hair up.

"EW, EW, EW!!! GET THEM OFF, GET THEM OFF!!" They both yelled, but to no use. Nobody wanted to help them. Not for how rude they've been.

As they ran away from the rats and still trying to get the lizards out, Wine 'accidentally' made them trip.

They hit the ground and Jayden let out an annoyed hiss. They weren't hurt, but they were annoyed.

As they got up, Milord stepped on their shoes and apologised for it.

"That's it, I'm out!!" Jenny yelled, stomping to the exit of the school's yard. Jayden was left behind.

Blue and Red stole their stuff, so Jayden and Jenny were left with nothing in their backpack.

Money and Rus laughed at the two girls left and Papyrus held the door open.

Then, the Skeletons met and high fived.

Even though half of them wouldn't hurt a bug, they still think they did what was right since teaching a good lesson to someone sometimes you gotta do it the hard way. But they still can't help but feel guilty, they will try and apologise to the mean girls if they change the way they are.

You walked towards them. "Hi besties!" You waved at them.

The skeletons looked your way and their eyelights glowed. You were soo beautiful!!!

Your dress was red and black, having some glitter on it and a small cape behind it.

Your eyes were shiny like the stars and your hair was braided with cat ears on top of your head.

Your shoes were pink and glittery and they squeak on every step you take!

You hope that everyone will see your pretty backpack! It had your unicorn Crystal on it and charms and glitter! So very pretty!

"How do I look?" You asked your besties.

"She's gorgeous, right?" Meggs smiled, proud of herself.

"Yes, of course she is!" Emmily agreed.

"Em, she wasn't asking you!" Josh elbowed her.

"So what?!" Emmily faked being mad, getting giggles out of you, Meggs and Josh.

"You are very beautiful, Daridana!" Blue complimented you.

"Thank you!" You twirled your hair on your finger, knowing that you were a beautiful princess.

Every skeleton complimented you and they even asked you to do a small twirl! Of course you did!

Once the welcoming event started, you made many friends and picked your books with grace.

Everyone complimented you! But you gave all the credit to the cheese trio! What a good friend you are!!!

When your parents came to pick you up and saw how your clothes and backpack changed, you explained everything to them. They were shocked and angry at this. And so were the Skeletons' parents.

If Jenny or Jayden dared to say or do something, they had to go through yours and the Skeletons' parents!

You really hoped you can be best friends with them one day, but for now?

You will eat ice cream with all your friends!

"Red, give me back my ice cream!!" Blue shouted.

"Nah, 'm good." He responded, eating Blue's ice cream.

What a good day, huh? Maybe school isn't so bad after all. ♡

It didn't even hurt him! He's very dramatic.

You and Edge were practicing your dance as tonight one of your friends held a party. Everyone will be dancing and so, you and Edge were training.

You both decided that a romantic dance would do, but nope.

You sucked at all the steps. Very bad...

"I don't think you were made for dancing..." he mumbled, holding his laughter in.

"Boyyy, I'm trying okay?" You frowned.

You sighed when you failed once more.

"Breathe... relax... we will make it..." he reassured you for the millionth time.

"...Maybe a tango dance will work?" You suggested.

"No... you suck there too..." he mumbled, feeling a bit bad.

"Maybe Mexican dance?" You titled your head as you two started repeating the steps again.

"Ha, you wish." he murmured, guiding you.

"Indian Dance???" You suggested again.

"You fell 25 times, honey.." he chuckled.

As you thought of a next suggestion, you tripped on your feet and hit your face on the ground. What a lovely smooch, huh?

"Owww...." there goes your dance, again.

"Hmm.." Edge hummed as he took a look at you, not even bothering himself to help you. "Y'know, I think I have a good idea." He told you.

"Actually, yes. I am very confident I will win." You said, proud of yourself than ever. Edge elbowed you. "I-I mean we will win!" You rephrase it.

She laughed. "You can't beat me and Alphys! We are an unstoppable team!" She praised herself and Alphys, who was drinking hot chocolate.

"Bet." Edge's grinned widened.

"Oh, it's on." She agreed, smirking.

Your best friend took the mic and cleared her throat. "Welcome to the best dance party ever! I thank everyone for having the possibility to come here tonight!" Everyone applaud and cheered. Once they quiet down, your bestie continued. "Now... how about letting the dance competition start?!" She shouted and people applaud and cheered even more and more loudly. "I welcome Lily and her cutie on stage!!" Lily came on stage.

Lily did Indian dances, then your least favorite friend did a break dance, after that your best friend belly danced, your boss from work did flamenco dance.

The, Alphys and Undyne went on stage and dance salsa.

It was genuinely impressive and beautiful. The way they moved, the way they synchronised and the way they smiled about it.

After they finished dancing, your bestie came on stage again. "I welcome with a warm embrace and a big smile.... Daridana and Edge!" The others applaud and cheered you two on.

Getting on stage, you prepared yourself.

"You'll do amazing." Edge mumbled to your ear.

You blushed. "You two..." you mumbled back.

As the song started, you two did some toprocks, some grooves, some footwork. When the song reached a point where is more quiet, you did isolation, moving your stomach and Edge moved his shoulders. Then, as the song slowly came back to normal, you two did body rolls.

Edge did tuttings, you did aggressive freestyle.

Edge did boogaloo rolls, you did wrist twirls.

Edge did power spins, you did locks.

And at the end... you two freezed into a dramatic position.

Everyone applaud and yelled your names.

"Honey, we have six at home!" He exclaimed, chuckling.

"Soo?? A seventh one won't hurt anyone!" You protested.

"Babe..." he sighed again. "Let's just go home." He told you.

With a disappointing huff, you got up and started walking home again.

"Sorry, mi amor, but we have enough cats at home, plus we don't know what disease they might have." Edge tried to explain as he walked side by side with you.

"But you like cats too..." you mumbled.

"Yes, I do, but that doesn't mean that I will take every cat I see." He gently explained to you.

"Liar." You accused him, "the first four cats were saved by you from the streets!" You protested again.

He shut up, he had nothing to say because deep down, he knew you were right. But there were too many cats!

As you two quietly continued your walk towards home, there were more cats. Oh stars... it was a cat street!

The full street was full of cats! No way!!

You and Edge were shocked. "Look Edge! Look! Do you see the sight of millions of cats??!!" You were in awe.

"I do..." his mouth was agape.

You probably sat there for hours because you two started petting every cat and feeding them.

They each purr and meow with content as you two pet them. So fluffy and cute!

As two ate from your hand, Edge remembered something.

"Hey, lovely?" He called out. Your response was a hum. "I should also buy food for our cats too! He said, getting up.

"Okay! I think I should go home too. It's getting late." You told him and he nodded.

"Be careful, all right? If something is wrong, you call me right away." Kissing you, he hugged you.

"Of course, baby. But don't worry, The Cat Street is next to our home." You reassured him.

"The Cat Street? Creative, I like it. I also came up with it, but thought I will say it first." He smirked.

"Yeah, yeah. Now go, I'll see you at home, okay?" You placed a kiss on his boney cheek.

He told you he fed the cats, now wanting to cuddle you.

"But first, I need to get my sweater back from you." He said, going next to your closet doors.

Your eyes widened. "Wait, Edge!-" you quickly shouted.

But before he could process your words, he opened the closet doors and a pool of cats dropped on him.

"WHAT THE HELL?!-" He shouted.

"...I told you." You mumbled.

"WHY IS THERE A CAT ARMY IN THE CLOSET???" He questioned, confused.

"Just wait 'till you see the yard..." you giggled.

There was a new candy shop near your place and you really craved something sweet right now!

It would be nice to eat or maybe even drink chocolate!

You held Edge's arm as you two walked in and admired the place.

"It's so big!" You were in awe. "Look! Chocolate everywhere!!" You pointed towards a section that sold different type of chocolates.

"Yeah, yeah." He gently shook his skull, but there was a grin present on his face.

You looked around the place a bit. There were many sections: chocolate section, candy section, hot chocolate section, marshmallow section, cake section and so many more.

Of course, you went to the chocolate section first.

"Daridana, wait." Edge patted your shoulder to get your attention.

You turned around. "Yes?"

"How about a game?" When you listened for more, he continued, "you pick out a treat you think I might like from your favourite section and I pick out a treat I think you might like from my favorite section." He explained.

"That's a good idea, why not?" You grinned.

Then, you both went to see what the other one might want from your favourite section.

You went to the chocolate section, but then you went to the cake section, but then you went to the chocolate section again, then again at the cake section.... wooo boy was that a hard decision.

You ended up in the chocolate section after all.

There were many chocolate boxes, but none were appealing to you. You looked at some chocolate bars, but those weren't romantic enough! But it was all there was to this section...

You looked at the chocolate boxes again and saw- NO WAY!!!

They got Hello Kitty stuff! They got Hello Kitty donuts, Hello Kitty biscuits, Hello Kitty cupcakes...! You were in heaven!

You picked some Hello Kitty donuts and some cupcakes. Since it's a new shop, the prices were actually very cheap.

You went back were you left Edge and saw that he was back there, looking for you.

Once he spot you, you hurried your steps and got next to him.

"What did you buy that made you look so happy?" He asked, smirking. He had a bag but denied to show you what's inside before you tell him what you bought.

You quickly showed him what's in your bag. "Look, they have Hello Kitty stuff!!" You smiled in excitement and he chuckled. "Do you like it??" You asked.

"Of course I do, I love it." He confirmed. Despite not showing any signs or telling you, you knew for a long time that Edge liked cute stuff and especially Hello Kitty.

"What did you buy?" You wanted to steal his bag to take a look.

"Here." He handed you the bag and you looked into it.

"Okay, but wine??" You asked, still smiling and blushing at the compliment .

"Well, it's my second favourite section." He told you.

"Oh? What's your first one?" You titled your head in confusion.

"You.~" he smirked, "but since I couldn't just go to you... I went to my second favourite section!" He chirped.

You blushed. "Okay, Mister Flattery!" You giggled.

"Now, let's go home because I got a surprise for you~" he wriggled his boney eyebrows (???)

"What is it????" You were excited.

"You'll see, my cutie." He held your hand and started walking out.

"Give me a clue at least!!" You were too happy to wait.

"Fine, fine." He chuckled again. "It's an edible cat-"

"YOU GOT ME A HELLO KITTY CAKE??!!!??" You shouted, gripping his hand more.

"So he did fall asleep.." You told him, not really surprised.

"He is very lazy." He nodded.

Red was in the sand, his lower half looked like a mermaid.

You and Edge thought it would be fun to put Red in the sand and make him a mermaid. It didn't took a lot of convincing and he accepted to be made a sand mermaid.

Though, Red fell asleep in the making and he still didn't wake up. For amusement, you put sunglasses on him and giggled.

"He looks funny like this." You whispered.

Edge nodded. "Indeed."

You and Edge both sat on the sand next to the sleeping Red and looked towards the sea.

"Wanna go swimming?" You asked, looking at the tall skeleton.

"You bet." He smirked. "Last one to get there is a cracked egg!" He shouted as he got the head start and started running towards the sea.

"Hey, not fair!" You got up and ran after him.

Curse his tall form! He almost made it! What a cheater.

As sand was gently burning your feet and the wind caressed your hair and face, you thought of a way to win this race.

It didn't take long, because an idea occured to you.

"Ow! Dammit!" You fell on the sand, holding your right knee safely. "Help! I injured myself!" You faked your cry.

Edge quickly turned around to see the sight of you on the ground, your knee close to your chest.

"What's wrong?!" He quickly sprinted towards you, kneeling down to see what's going on.

"M-My knee... it hurts.." you told him. It wasn't a total like though, your knee did hurt from this morning. Your knee usually starts to hurt after you sit crisscrossed with your legs for a few months every single day for too long. And you do sit like that when you listen to music.

"Come here..." Edge caressed your shoulder, soothing you. He started to examine your knee and see what's wrong.

Then, you kissed his cheek, got up and started to run towards the sea. The first few steps were... funny, because your knee did hurt, but you quickly started to run better afterwards.

Edge was shocked and worried, but laughed as he ran after you. Just as he was about to pass you, you got in the water.

"Ha! I win! I win!" You grinned at your victory.

"Yeah, after you cheated." He rolled his eyelights.

"Come on, it was fun-" Edge carried you bridal style and walked towards the rocks by the shore and placed you down on them. "Uhhh... Edge??" You called out."

"I'm examining your knee, dear." He informed you before you could ask anything. "You've been complaining about your knee since you accidentally tripped on a rock in the water and injured yourself." He mumbled. "Everytime you sit too long in a crisscross position with your legs... your knee start hurting and this pain lasts for at least a week, no?" He asked.

You nodded. "Yeah, but-"

"Shhh. Silence." He ordered you. "It's better if we see a doctor." Edge informed you.

"Can we at least swim?" You asked, trying your best with the puppy eyes.

"Of course." Edge nodded, making you smile. "But after we see a doctor." There goes your smile.

After the doctor took a look at you, they said that it's not that bad. You just need some physiotherapy for strengthening quads, hamstrings and glutes so the knee is stabilized. Plus, you need to learn proper posture to avoid stress.

Edge said you will start your physiotherapy after you all come back home from the beach. And so it is.

But since you really wanted to swim, he decided you can sit on a heart-shaped float to not force your knee, at least for a while.

Red joined you two and sat on the heart-shaped float too. But not for long, since you pushed him off. Most of the time, Edge and Red did bets and competitions to see who will win.

None of them. That's the answer.

You kept the scores and it turned out that they are equal.

After all of that, they both sat next to you and gossiped about everything and anything while they brought some drinks you could all share.

"It's moving!" You gasped.

"Of course it is, it's alive not dead." Edge rolled his eyelights at your attempt to annoy him.

You two decided that going to the aquarium would be a good idea. So here you were, in front of a fish tank.

"Would Undyne feel uncomfortable if she was here? I mean, a fish seeing a fish in jail must be weird, right?" You asked, looking at Edge.

He only shrugged. "Maybe, who knows." Then, he moved on to see the octopus.

"Ooooo, the octopus looks nice!" You commented.

"Indeed." He smiled.

"Would Onion-San feel appreciated because there is an octopus in the center??" You titled your head.

Edge let out a "I don't know" sound.

Moving on, there is a fish with a tail that reminds you of Shyren!

"Oh wow, Edge! Look! It looks like mini Shyren! Soo cute!" Your smile grew.

"Mhm." Edge nodded.

"Look! A lizard! I think they got lost! They shouldn't be here.." you mumbled.

There was a yellow lizard looking at you confused, surely lost.

You went to pick it up and give it to the 'Lost and Found'.

"Adorable." You complimented the lizard as they slowly made way to you. Once they got in your hands, you went to show Edge. "Edge, look! Doesn't it look like Aplhys a bit? They're both yellow!" You commented.

He only let out a grunt of acknowledgement.

You furrowed your brow. "You okay...?" You asked.

He nodded, turning around and started to walk. "Let's take them to 'lost and found.'" He simply told you.

"Okay..." you agreed and started walking after him.

Outside of the aquarium was a little boy crying. You and Edge quickly rushed to him.

"What's wrong?" You both asked at the same time.

"I-I lost Lissy..." he replied, tears rushing down his cheeks.

"You mean... this lizard right here?" You holded 'Lissy' up to his face.

"Yeah! Where did you found her?" He excitedly took Lissy back to him.

"It was in the aquarium, roaming around with nothing better to do." You grinned.

"Thank you!" The boy hugged you and Edge at the same time.

"No problem, little one." Edge reassured him.

Then, the boy rushed to his parents, holding the lizard safely.

"Phew, at least that is resolved." You told him.

"Yeah." He gave a simple answer.

He started walking to other parts of the zoo, with you following him.

"What's wrong? You seem a bit sad." You pointed the obvious.

"Nothing." Was his only answer.

"Are you sure?"

"..Yeah."

You tried cheering Edge up with ice cream, funny faces, jokes, even puns seemed to not affect him anymore.

You ended up being silent and watching two goats staring at each other.

You tried to initiate conversation.

"Heh, that looks like a normal interaction between Miss Toriel and Mister Asgore, right?" You grinned, joking.

Edge sighed, shaking his skull. His expression seemed more... depressing? Angry?

Your grin faded away. "Too bad of a joke?" You mumbled.

He shaked his skull again. "It's not that.." he quietly replied.

"Then, what's wrong?" You tried again. The weather seems to be wanting to rain too. The cloud were getting darker and darker.

"It's just... you always talk about somebody else." He started. Your eyes widened at the realisation. He wasn't mad at you, he was mad that you were talking about other people. "Look," he turned into your direction, "I have no problem with you talking about other people, it's just that you never shut up about them. I get it, you like being friends with them and all that... but what about me?"

You tried to find the right words for this. "Edge, I'm sorry. I just... don't realise when I hurt somebody or when I talk too much. I never wanted to make you feel left out or that I don't care about you! I do." You explained.

It was true. Ever since you got to the zoo, you kept talking about other people, not about you two.

"I can't help the way I am, but..."

"But?" Edge asked, a soggy expression on his face.

"But I will try my best to start seeing us. Just us." You told him.

He looked away, to the goats. Thunder started to make noise and soon lighting followed.

"It's hard..." you admit. When Edge seemed to be listening to you, you continued. "It's hard to imagine... to realise that I have someone that's so caring, y'know?" You started to explain. "Never in my life I thought that someone would be so invested in me and would actually care for my opinion and to spend time with me...." you muttered. "Of course, my best friend was always there for me, but you? You feel... different. In the best way possible...." you were honest with him.

He hugged you... tightly.

"Of course I would care for you, dumbass. I love you." He made it clear.

You both stayed like that until rain decided it would be a good idea to start wetting people.

You both ran home hand in hand laughing. It was fun! And everything seemed to be clear.

"Hey Edge?!" You yelled at him to hear you in all of your running and laughing.

"Yes??!" He gave you a big smile.

"I love you too, dummy!" You exclaimed.

He blushed and held your hand tighter.

It was a nice day, wasn't it?

It was going to be a good time!

You, Edge, Undyne, Alphys and your bestie decided a road trip would be a good idea.

You packed clothes, Edge packed food, your bestie packed games, Undyne and Alphys packed books and other things to do whenever.

Edge bought a van a few days ago and actually suggested that it should be decorated, then you can all go on a road trip to who-knows-where!

The bags went in the back with you, Undyne and Alphys. Your bestie wanted to drive, but so did Edge. It was war a friendly argument! It was decided that Edge will drive half the way and then your best friend will drive the other half.

Despite your tiredness from waking up at a unholy time, you were exited and happy.

Undyne and Alphys played gambling games with you... the loser has to say something embarrassing.

"Come on! Chicken already??" Undyne smirked, looking at you.

"No?" You responded back. It mostly sounded like a question.

It wasn't that you were scared or anything. It was just that you were sure that they will make you say something embarrassing to Edge. And you couldn't do that to your crush childhood friend!

Alphys picked up the card game and cleared her throat. "Well, are we playing or just gossiping??" She asked, wanting to make things clear.

You sighed and nodded. "Yeah... we will play." You accepted. You heard and saw Undyne throw a fist in the air and quietly saying 'YES!'. "But with one condition." You made things clear. Undyne huffed at the word 'condition'. "We can play and I can lose for all I care... but, I won't say anything or do anything embarrassing in front of Edge." You stated. You couldn't risk looking like a fool in front of him!

"Ugh, fine." Undyne crossed her arms.

"Why? Are you scared he will make fun of you?~" Alphys asked in a sing-song voice and smirked.

"No..." you mumbled.

"Then-" Alphys tried, but she was quickly interrupted.

"Shut it!" You hissed.

The game went well and luckily you haven't lost any of the rounds yet. You just hoped you didn't jinxed yourself...

When Alphys lost, she was dared by you to say some cringe bullshit in Japanese to Undyne.

When Undyne lost, she was dared to say the most cringest thing ever to Alphys.

You were scared what they will dare you to do. You did put the condition to not say anything or do anything cringe in front of Edge after all.

They didn't care.

The van stopped at a gas station to be filled up and to eat. Of course, Edge said that you should all eat on a bench somewhere, because he didn't want the van dirty.

So here you were, eating on a bench next to the two idiots that come up with stupid ideas.

"Yeah!" Alphys smirked.

"No!" You responded. "I said I will do nothing or say something cringe to Edge!" You would die of embarrassment!

"Yeah, you said nothing cringe. This isn't cringe." Undyne defended herself.

You hated the fact that she was right.

You sighed. "But-"

"No buts! Now go to him!" Alphys beckon you.

"Yeah girl, go!" Your best friend wiggled her eyebrows.

"When did you come here?! And how do you know-" your eyes widened.

"Girl, I was right here eating and I heard everything in the van." She explained.

"Great..." you sighed for what seemed the millionth time.

"You should go, we won't look! But we don't promise either!" Your bestie snickered.

"Fuck you!" You cursed. "Fine, I'll go!" You got up.

You went to Edge, who was filling up the van with gas.

When he saw you he waved at you. "Hello, Daridana-" he tried to greet you.

But he couldn't. Because you wrapped your arms around his neck and kissed him.

His eye-sockets were wide and his hands stilled. But he soon took control of himself and wrapped his arms around your waist, starting to become more comfortable with the kiss.

You haven't stayed there for long probably, but it did seem like an eternity.

When you broke the kiss, he looked straight into your eyes.

There was silence for a few moments. But then, he spoke, having a dreamy look on his face:

"You're such a bad kisser..." he mumbled.

You giggled. "Says the one with no lips!"

He leaned in to kiss you again and you gladly accepted it. The kiss continued good, until...

Someone from the store shouted something about the gas and when you both looked at your van, the gas was was leaking put from the van.

"Shit!" Edge cursed, taking it out. But he did hold an arm around your waist.

"Soo cute!" Your bestie shouted.

"Kiss again!" Alphys smirked.

"When are you going to-" Undyne started, but you glared at her. "Fine, my bad." She raised her hands in a defense motion.

You all got into the van. Your bestie was ready to drive.

Edge had you sit on his lap while he played with your hair and Alphys with Undyne were in the 'punishment corner'. You enjoyed it.

Later, it was night time and you arrived on a field. The stars were amazing!

You all got on the van and started to stargaze.

You were cuddled up next to Edge and his hand was caressing you. You caressed his ribs in return, since it was the only place you could caresses comfortably in that position.

Today, you needed to make a special cake for Lily.

It seemed that Lily needed a cake for her cafe, since a customer ordered a very special cake and they even pay double! And who better with cakes other than you?

Were you going to bake a cake? No.

You suck at baking, the only thing you're good at is tasting them and judging. So that's why you're going to be the judge of tasting cakes made by Lily and other friends.

You just couldn't wait! Free cake? Just for you? Hell yeah!

You met Lily at her cafe and set down your bag. She said that, in the best worst case scenario, you will be here for a few hours.

"Okay, let me bring in the first cake!" She said, going in the kitchen.

Not long after she came back with a dark blue cake in the theme of fish. You have a small idea of who made that.

"Please, try it." She beckon you.

Without needing to be told twice, you took a spoonful of the blue cake.

"So, how is it?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.

Before you could comment, Undyne came into the same space as you two. "You better say that it's good!" She smirked.

"Well... not that bad, but...." you made an so-so hand motion, "the taste is kinda salty... very... actually." You were raw honest.

"Oh, c'mon!" Undyne huffed.

The next cake was yellow-ish, with the theme of lizards and science. You already knew who made this.

The taste was.... interesting to say the least. It had a combination of... lemons with strawberries and berries??

Alphys came too, excited for your honesty.

"Soo?-" she started to say, but you interrupted her.

"Tastes just like science: complicated. In a bad way. Sorry." You apologised, putting the spoon down.

The next cake was made by Lily herself, if the nature theme was anything to go on.

It was... delicious! But it needed something else too....

"It's actually good... but it just feels a little empty.." you said, thoughtful.

"Awh!" Lily sighed. Until her face suddenly brighten up. "Wait! I have another cake!" She went into the kitchen and quickly came back.

The last cake was.... enormous... it was decorated with whipping cream, probably coffee and strawberries.

When you went close to it to taste it, it exploded on you.

"Surprise!" Everyone shouted.

In the cake was Edge! He surprised you!

"But... why??" You asked, shocked in the best way possible.

"Because it is the day you and Edge met!" Lily excitedly exclaimed. Her pet was trying hard not to fall off her shoulder.

"Wait- really?" Your eyes widened.

"I thought you forgot." Edge smirked and shook his skull.

Undyne and Alphys were both enjoying this.

"Well.... jokes on you!" You grinned, taking out a present from your bag. "I was prepared for this day!" You shouted.

Now it was Edge's turn to look surprised. "Really?" He bewildered asked.

"Duh!" You gave him the present box, which was small.

He took it and took a look inside. There were two rings!

One ring was for Edge and the other was for you.

"I wanted to gift you these as a promise to always remain together." You smiled, going next to him.

He quickly wore the ring and then, with a sparkle in his eyelight, he took your hand and kissed it, putting the ring-

"Hold it!" Someone yelled. Everyone looked shocked as they watched the door. It was your bestie! "Doing marriage without me?" She smirked.

Before you could go to her, she made a hand motion for this to continue.

Edge kneal down in front of you. "Daridana.... do you promise to stay with me forever?" He asked, the sparkle in his eyelights more glittery.

You smiled, small tears appearing in your eyes. You nodded. "Yes!"

He put the ring on your ring finger and got up. Everyone was cheering.

You weren't actually marrying each other, but the thought was nice... even thought you were just best friends! Nothing more! ...Right?

You stole Edge's ring from his finger and kneald in front of him too. "Edge, you moron, would you like to spend all your life and other lifetimes and other lifetimes from other universes, multimverses, in everything and nothing at all... with me?" You asked.

You weren't blind, you saw how he was trying not to cry. He wasn't subtle at aall, was he?

He nodded, excited. "Of course!" He took out his hand (and his glove) in front of you. And you placed the ring gently on his ring finger.

Afterwards, you both hugged each other and kissed your cheeks, even thought everyone was cheering that you should definitely kiss each other on the lips (even if Edge doesn't have them).

Apparently, the whole cake tasting was a lie, it was an excuse to bring you here in the first place.

You all ate good cake, not salty or soggy, and enjoyed your afternoon. Then, you and Edge would go on a walk and enjoy the rest if the day together... maybe he would like a sleepover? It would be nice to cuddle sleep next to him.

You were ready to go in the water again!

A few hours ago, you decided you wanted a break from going into the water. You ate delicious food, rested a bit, enjoyed the sun... but now you want back in again!

So, you went to grab your swimsuit from the sun, and yes, it was dry to be worn once again!

Edge, Mettaton, Undyne, Alphys, your bestie and the others were also getting ready!

You went back into your room with your swimsuit that was a two-piece.

When you finished putting the stubborn swimsuit, you looked into your mirror. You looked so beautiful! You made a small twirl, just for show.

Going down the stairs, you encountered Edge!

"Hi Edge!" You greeted him.

"Hello, Daridana." He greeted back.

"Are you coming with me to the sea?" You asked.

"Of course, but first I need to grab the sunscreen." He told you.

"For?? I mean, you don't need it since your made of bone." You raised your eyebrow.

"Because you forgot it to bring it to your best friend, so she send me to get it." A smirk was showing on his skull.

Your eyes widened. "I really did forget, thank you."

"No problem." Edge said before he continued climbing the stairs.

On the beach, you waited for Edge to show up. When he did, he first gave the sunscreen to your bestie and then he walked towards you.

When he was side to side with you, you stretched.

You both looked at the sea a little bit, but you soon noticed he was looking somewhere else.

"You okay, Edge?" You asked, looking at him.

He was looking at... the right part of your waist. "Oh... that's what you're admiring?" You giggled.

His gaze snapped up to your face. "S-Sorry..." he mumbled.

"Don't be! It's fine, really." You smiled.

A few years ago, you got bitten by a dog, it wasn't that bad... but it did scar. The scar isn't a big one, really. It just looks a little weird.

"And I told you, you should be more careful around dogs!" He chastised you, like the scar was made now.

"Oh please, it was a few years ago!" You protested.

"I know, but I still care." He told you. Now your heart feels all warm and fuzzy.

You looked at the scars on his ribs. They aren't too visible, but enough to be seen. Some faint scars were made when Edge saved you from the dog that was ready to eat you, and some prominent scars were made from other situations. Mostly when some kids used to bully you or his brother and Edge decided to beat them up. They did put up a fight though...

Seeing that you were now looking at his ribs, he caressed your head. "What's wrong, sweetie?" He asked.

"Just admiring you and your bravery." You responded.

He chuckled, kissing your cheek. Of course you did didn't blush!

"Come on, you beautiful soul, let's go into the water, shall we?" He took your hand and you both started to walk towards the water.

"Of course, my beautiful darling..." you responded, caressing his hand.

You tried to convince Edge to play video games since morning.

You tried to convince him with every game you knew: minecraft, roblox, free fire, fortnite, a dating sim, horror games, cute games, tamaweb, educational games, literally everything. But he was being stubborn.

"Come on, Edge! There has to be a game your willing to play!" You sighed.

"Again, these games can destroy your eyesight. Believe me, it's better this way." He explained and chastised you at the same time. "If you want to play a game, go outside and play 'hide and seek'." He added.

"But Edge-" you tried.

"No." Was his answer and decision.

"Is there any way to convince you???" You asked, almost giving up.

"I actually like seeing, so no." He crossed his arms and went into the living room.

You sighed again.... this seemed impossible...

You really should maybe stop trying....

But maybe Alphys has something that helps?

Or maybe your bestie has some game recommendations that you didn't think of.

Puzzle games don't seem to interest Edge... he wants them "physical".

There was noooo hope.

Maybe you can recomend him the game called "60 seconds"? You mean, this is a game that needs fast reflexes and good thinking!

As you thought of more ways to convince him, you went into the living room. Edge was cleaning the table, but stopped when he saw you.

"I don't want to hear it." He told you, going to sit on the couch.

When he did, a cat-like sound came from... his coccyx?

You both stared at each other.

"I knew you were special, but I never thought that you were this special." You joked.

"I can't do that.." Edge got up to see what was making that noise under him.

Oh! It was a tamagotchi! You tried to convince him with it, but to no use, he didn't even look at him. You must've forgotten it when you went to try and convince him more.

Edge took the tamagotchi and looked at it.

"You can take care of pets..." you spoke slowly. You k we what to do. "You can also take care of cats-"

"Really? Show me." He commanded you.

"Gladly." You went close to him. "The best part of it is that it doesn't hurt your vision." You explained. Then, you proceeded to explain how to raise animals.

It was two hours since Edge was playing on the tamagotchi. He really liked it.

You were on his right side and looked at him play.

When he noticed you were starting to become uncomfortable sitting like that, he brought you to his lap, continuing to play with his small animal.
