"M/N! The man of the year is here." A short blonde male slams open your door ecstaticly.

There he was, your bestfriend, Samuel Gabriel, a so called 'playboy' right in front of you... At 8am.

"So, M/n whatchu doing. Are you writing in that fuck ass journal again?" He teased, trying to grab the journal away from you.

"What I'm doing is none of your damn business. Now get out." You huffed, opening your drawer to put your oh so precious diary in.

"Writing in that old junk again, M/n? It's like 70 years old, youve had it since you were 6." Sam rolls his eyes as he sits next to you, hooking his arm around your shoulder.

"Guess what, I heard that the person moving in across the street from your house is one of those... Erm... Whatchu call em. The ones with the mental illness."

You look over at him uninterested in his rants and wishing to be alone.

Sam continues going.

"Erm... Oh! Theyre called transsexuals? Or transgenders? I'm not sure but all I know is that they're weird. We better say away from em', it's germs might affect us."

You let out a sigh...

"Thats kinda rude, we should at least say hello, it's the bare minimum, no? I mean... You would want your new neighbours to at least greet yo—"

Sam tips his head back and let out a loud groan, cutting you off short.

"You and your goody two–shoes personality. If the devil was in front of you you'd still greet em' with a smile and a handshake. " He let out an loud over dramatic sigh.

"But you still refuse to even look at that cute girl who has a crush on you, and plus she's Christian and ya' mama would love her."

You let out a loud scoff rolling your eyes at his attempt to get you to date one of his cousins.

"I already told you that she's not my type."

"Dude, you need to get over that girl you met at the park that summer. I know you like her and all but she's not coming ba—"

"Samuel, M/N, Breakfast is ready. " A loud voice boomed from downstairs startling Sam out of his rant.

"Crap dude, your mom is so damn loud. Woman aren't suppose to be loud" He laid on your bed, sprawling out and messing up your bed that you just fixed

"Can you shut up, Sam?... Your being annoying now." You got up from your bed with a loud groan as you stretch, shirt lifting up a bit showing your lower stomach.

"You comin'?" You asked looking down at Sam that is still lounging on your bed with an strange flushed look on his face.

"Yea... I am." Samuel replied with an unusual tone in his voice which you've never heard before.

Upon walking downstairs you see your ma' cooking breakfast and your dad watching television while drinking coffee.

You take your rightful seat at the table as your mom puts a plate of eggs in front of you.

"Sam, baby, did you eat breakfast this morning?" Your ma' asked Samuel as she washed the dishes.

There was a bruise forming on the corner of your mother's mouth... They probably gotten into another fight again.

"Yea, I want some of your infamous soup ma' you know how much I like it." Your ma' hummed, delighted by Sam's praise.

"Oh my, your so sweet Samuel but I'm afraid to say that I dont have no more at the moment." She said as she dumped the last bit of eggs in the pan onto a plate and gave it to Sam.

"I was saving these for me, baby but you can have it." She hummed in that usual kind tone... Always thinking about others before she thinks about herself.

You watched the interaction with the same indifference as you would every other day, wondering when you could go.

"Ma' you should stop putting guest ahead of you." You sighed, pushing your plate towards her.

"Here, eat. You need to eat more or else you'll drop dead one day." You sat up from the dining table and made your way outside into the scorching sun.

"Today is more quiet than usual... Usually there would be children running around these streets at this time as their grandparents watched over them since it should be summer break by now. "

You blocked the sun away from your face with your hand as you walked, letting your feet take you wherever they want to.

"Now that I think about it theyre probably keeping the children in because of the transgender person that Sam was yapping about."

"S—! Lets play cops and robbers.!" Child you yells as you spot a girl sitting down leaning against the tree where your treehouse is, colouring inside some book.

You ran up to her with 2 toy guns in your hand and a ski mask that you bought on a family trip to Alaska for skiing.

You threw the items on the ground next to her. A voice rang out from the forest, following close behind.

"M/N, not too fast, your old pops is getting older and can't keep up with you too much, kid." It was your grandpa. The same grandpa who build you that tree house before passing away.

"It's not my fault that your slow."

"Wait, S— where are you going? Why do you have to—"

"Sara? No.. That isn't her name. Her name was much more beautiful..."

You find yourself drawn to the tree house, climbing the old latter that your grandfather built before he died. You lift open the trap door that was installed and entered the relatively small place.

The place was... Different to say for sure... It was much more bigger when you were a wee little.

You looked around the treehouse finding things that used to bring you so much joy. Like your old plush named Sapphire and the ball you used to play with.

You looked around some more and found a picture. You and some girl but the face of the girl was torn off, you placed the old photograph into your pocket as you searched every nook and cranny, memories come flooding back in as you find more things you used to love.

You heard a loud sound coming from outside of the treehouse, it sounded like something or someone was climbing up the old latter.

Your breathing a shallowed, mind racing, thinking about how you can escape.

Your eyes darted around as you spot this old stick in the corner of the treehouse and picked it up. You held it in your hand ready to strike who ever or whatever was climbing up.

The trapdoor lifted up a bit before the thing finally opened. You closed your eyes and swung at the thing—

"OUCH—"

It exclaimed, covering its face.

"What the fuck?"

You opened your eyes just to be met with probably the most beautiful man you've ever laid eyes on. He had short black hair with long bangs that covered his eyes and glasses... That you hit off his face and now was lying on the ground he was wearing a plain grey tanktop and some shorts.

"Oh... Damn... "

You said basically checking him out.

"O-oh! Sorry!"

You dropped the stick and helped him through the trap door.

"Im so sorry, sir... Uhh... I promise to pay for your glasses... Once I get a job atleast."

The stranger accepted your help up into the tree house and sat down, rubbing where you hit with groans.

"Damn... You sure do have a hit on ya'. Have you tried playing baseball or something?"

He chuckled, finding humor in this situation. You laughed a bit as well a, a small blush creeping upon the both of your faces as you both started laughing harder.

"Again, I'm sorry..."

You cleared your throat.

"So... What're you doing here and how did you find this treehouse?"

You asked getting straight to business rather than beating around the bush and wasting more valuable time.

The man furrowed his eye brows in confusion when you asked him that question.

"What do you mean? If anyone should be asking that it should be me. This is the treehouse I always used to hangout in."

You looked around, seeing all the dust, spiderwebs and bugs hanging around...its very clear that this place haven't been taken care of at all.

"It's clear that no one haven't been here until now? "

The stranger scoffed.

"Well no shit." He replied, rolling his eyes.

"You have a lot of attitude for a homeless guy, you know?" You tilted your head, actually amused by this random guy.

"And you have a lot to say for a guy who just probably damaged the only pair of glasses I have." He argued back.

"Hm." You hummed, observing the guy infront of you. "I like you. Whats your name, friend?"

"Caesar. The names Caesar, how about ya'?" He held out his hand for you to shake as a piece offering.

{"Caesar..."} You repeated in your head... {Such a awful name, his parents must hate him}

"The names M/N. So tell me the history between you and this place? " You sat down next to him, nudging Caesar with your elbow.

"You don't draw guidelines before you draw dontcha?" He spots the confuse look on your face.

"Ahem... I mean you dont really beat around the bush don't ya'. I like those typa people." He smiled at you.

"Nah, I guess not." You chuckled.

"So back to the question. How do you know about this place? Whos your peoples?"

"Believe it or not I used to live here about half of m'life." He said almost too casually.

"Really now? Were you those type of people who just stayed in their house all day. Don't catch no sun or nothin' because I haven't seen you around here before." You turn your head towards him awaiting your answer, your interest that weren't caught before now piqued.

"Theres actually people around 'ere like that? Wait actually nevermind."

"Actually. I lived here until I reached the age...hmm... 8-9? I'm not too sure."

"Hm... To think that I'd remember ya'."

He heard him let out a low chuckle, running his hands through his hair.

"Well yer name sales surely familiar. Maybe we were friends back then." He looked into your eyes waiting for a response.

"Maybe..."

"So back to the main subject, bud. How do you know of this place?" You started interrogating him again. He looked a bit uncomfortable but he still answered.

"If I could remember correctly my childhood friend pop's had built this treehouse for me and him to play in." He went silent... The songs of the birds near by playing their last song before dark falls could be heard close by.

"We used to love this place." He turned his head to look at you again. You sat there shocked out of words.

You tried speaking just for your words to not come out. Everything you want to say getting caught in your throat.

"My... Uhm."

You took a second to compose yourself before speaking again.

"Weird coincidence but... My grandfather actually build this for me and my very lady, female childhood friend I had." You told him, stuttering over your words.

"..... M/n...your my childhood friend aren't you?... It's gotta be... It's either that conclusion or youre lying."

You gulped, your throat bobbing, you were just about to say something until you remembered the thing Sam told you about earlier in the morning about the new neighbor.

"Are you the new neighbor perhaps?... The transgendered one I mean."

"Uh yes? Is that a promblem— why are you trying to cha—" before he could finish his sentence you grabbed his shoulders.

"Then you must be my childhood best friend before she moved." You looked at him finding similarities that matches your childhood friend owns too well that you didn't notice before.

"You must be, Sara! No... Uhm—"

"Serene... And your... Your the boy who's scared of flying roaches." He laughed out loud, recalling the memory.

"I knew I remembered that face from somewhere... You haven't grew a bit."

He smiled somewhat fondly at you, finding your even more shocked expression amusing.

"Impatient are we?" He teased half heartedly as he took another puff from his cigarette.

You huffed, pulling away completely from him and grabbing the food he left there on the coffee table for you.

"Now these days your never in the mood... We haven't been on a date in years..." You placed a fry in your mouth and forgot why you were mad again.

"Mmm, these are good, where did you get these from?" He propped his head onto your shoulder as you eat.

"From this new restaurant. I'll bring you some more tomorrow since you like them so much." He wrapped one of his arms around your waist, kissing your cheek before leaving.

Samuel was... Different to say the least.

Samuel met you when you both were 14, he was to put it short, angry, a bully to people who likes the same gender...he was homophobic, of course, but very obedient to his parents.

His family couldn't handle his rowdiness, they thought that it was demons, they took him to church everyday but it seemed like they couldn't pray the demons away.

The pastor suggested something. A summer camp conducted by him. He promised (ꉣяꄲм꒐ꇙꏂ∂?¿...ℓ꒐ꏂѕ...............ꍌσ∂ ꅐ꒐꒒꒒ ꉣ꒤η꒐ꇙн ꌦꄲ꒤....)Samuels parents that he'll be a nice, calm, respectable Christian boy by the end of summer. Little did his parents know it was all hoax.

For almost three months Samuel was abuse in many ways that you can and can't imagine, satisfying the pastors kinks.

At first he fought it but in return he got hit, beat, r*ped even. So he just stopped and accepted it as it molded him into the perfect Christian boy....ꋬ ꉣꫀׁׅܻ݊rfeƈ† chяis꓄iꋬn вꄲy..... Many times he taught about ending his life... But who will comfort his little brother back at home... Must be scared sIck... Their father always used to get aggressive when he came back from work or back from gambling the money for next months rent... He always lost too.

But unfortunately the world had other plans for him, his little brother died of leukemia at the age of 7 (ꍌ)σ∂ѕ ꊰꋬ꒤꒒꓄ ꂵ꒤ꇙ꓄ ꋊ...........)...their father gambled away his medical money promising to win more even after Sam and his mother begged for him not too.

But meeting you in middle school was his light in the dark, it guided him through the woods to somewhere he feels more safe. You are pretty... Very pretty... Pretty understanding. You were definitely his type... Of friend.

A/N: I hope you guys liked Samuels introduction :3. If you did notice there's brackets and red highlights all over this introduction it was to show us his mental illness and how abuse and also some religious guilt got to him and slowly started making him go nuts but idk if I wrote it right.

This introduction was very different since I tried to make it seem like Sam was writing his own introduction using third person speech/how he sees himself.

Oh, many of you should know Sam if you read the Caesar fic (the one I'm remastering rn), hes something but not to bad but in the remastered version I think I'll make him more homophobic and toxic.
