Thank you very much for your feedback. We can barely ever reach the coordinator at all, so input from the community is vital.

Even if we had access to the money - which we don’t, since the mod whose PayPal account the money is on has gone completely silent -, we couldn’t refund or pay anyone, since we also don’t have access to a list of people.

Everything, literally everything, from moneyt to contact info to files to the zine to the merch, is at the hands of mod Cash who’s left us hanging.

Hello everyone. We are unable to maintain consistent contact with the zine coordinator and have reached an ultimatum with what little resources that we currently have. We as mods encourage you to please go to PayPal and access the Resolution Center to report not having received any items purchased. It is an incredibly frustrating situation that we hoped would never have happened. We will continue our efforts to contact the coordinator, but want to give all our supporters a resolution. 

There are no updates we can give at the time. We are as much in the dark as all of you. Occasionally, we get tidbits of “still unpacking after the move” and “I’ll take care of it once I’m back in [country redacted]” and then complete silence for weeks or even months on end. We don’t get photos, files, proof, anything physical we could work with. We don’t have access to the money, the person in charge barely ever talks to us anymore and keeps making excuses and at this point, we are completely powerless.

Another message from the coordinator:

The coordinator has made her final relocation into Mexico which is where all the supplies are. It’s just a matter of finding where the zine extras are among all that came with the move.

In addition, once enough stuff is cleared out from the move, the zine pdf will go through a quick final review and then distributed to all who preordered.

The coordinator has reached out and we’re going to copy and paste their post from the zine discord so that way everyone has the most up to date information on the situation currently: Hey guys I’m really sorry that the production has gone on so slow. It’s entirely my fault since the only thing left to make was the zine itself and I’ve made it impossible for either of the mods to get the actual documents needed for it

As for the money it’s all in the tictail account and paypal since I’ve been using my money for costs up till now to avoid transfer fees.

 As as soon as I got back home I’ve been updating people that messaged me the following. So if you know anyone that wants a refund tell them to contact me [email protected] since I can’t look into the zine email.

That same email is paypal email all the money for the zine went to with the exception for the market place purchases. Those are still with tictail. I’m unsure how returns work there though so if people are unable to request refund I can just directly deposit the money as well. 

Also I’m unable to see if anyone tries to message me through twitter or tumblr as I haven’t been able to use either without my computer. Email is best. But to confirm with everyone for blacklisting it is dollarincash on both. 

I am very sorry that you had to go through such a round about way to get an update. I’m the one who’s holding the money therefore in charge of production. However, due to several personal issues, the main bulk of the production process kept on getting delayed. It is in no way the faults of the other two mods working on this zine. I am finally back in my home country which means I’ll be able to complete. Final stages of production should kick off right after I recover as well as the promised pdf. From then on it shouldn’t take more than two months to get everything ready and shipped. 

Hello all, here is a new update. Unfortunately we do not have any progress since last update in regard to zine & extra status. We have very little information to go on as the coordinator has kept most details to themselves including who purchased the zine and extras. We apologize for the time this production has taken place, the sporadic updates, and lack of progress. We’re still trying to sync with the coordinator on status of the zine, but as stated, we’re not getting any response. We’re being pushed out of the production process and trying our best to find a resolution. In a previous post the coordinator’s contact information was listed and here it is again in case anyone has missed it.
