The vampires discuss Eloise and Neil’s place at the manor after finding dead bodies around town.
Negative (Villain) ending: Eloise and Neil aren’t repentant, think killing humans is the natural order of things for vampires and decide to get rid of the others so they won’t have to answer to them any longer and Neil can fully heal by drinking vampire blood. They take them by surprise with Eloise killing Ivan and Ethan and Neil the other four. The episode ends with them free and in love happily looking at the carnage.
Neutral ending: Eloise either wasn’t involved in the deaths or she is repentant, Neil however isn’t, but he wants to respect her wishes and morals, so he leaves her in the care of the other vampires and departs, saying that their paths will cross again in the future when she has grown as a vampire.
Good ending: Here Neil is also repentant, his love for Eloise changed him and made him see the light on how unfair his treatment of humans was. He has given up killing for good despite knowing that this also means to never fully restore his powers. Despite the other vampires asking them to stay and even electing Eloise as leader of the manor, they decide to leave and explore the world together.
