snowflake mountain is so wild, its these two older guys who are like "ugh the young generation" and then they bring in people in their early 20s who are kind of sheltered and maybe a little spoiled ("snowflakes") and basically bully them and "force" them to toughen up, like how do the hosts not realize that they're villains in this story

Why does it seem like every activity and learning opportunity, Cat is the one who leads and shows how it’s done, and yet the two dudes are the hosts? All they do is insult the contestants. SMH just like the real world. Women do the work, men talk and take credit

Imagine the TV show Snowflake Mountain, but instead of having a chance to win $50,000, your parents PAY the show $50,000 to take you to the wilderness. You’re also a minor, you can’t leave or quit whenever, and you’re treated as if you have no rights. Oh, and instead of being told you’re going to a luxury resort, you’re kidnapped in the middle of the night with no information about what’s going on. This is a real thing that exists.

Snowflake Mountain — of course they use the word snowflake and all of these people fit the stereotypes. I like watching survival shows but this feels like another way to mock people under 30 for any reason.
