Julian Devorak Is Life

Since we are in lock down I like to talk about a wonderful experience/story. Just wanted to share some love since everyone needs some love. It was close to a year ago in August I saw on twitter the thearcanagame post that where gonna be at Anime California 2019. Though it was only a two weeks notice when I saw it of the actual convention date. I knew my girlfriend really enjoyed the game but we where really tight on money that month with a lot of bills coming in. But I know going to it would make her really happy and well not depress about the troubles we where having. It was really hard but I manage to save up enough in a short amount of time.Through artwork. Afterword I traveled with me and just my gf on 6 hour road trip to CA from AZ. Something about the trip was magical in its own doing a lot of first and really just doing it instead of second guessing everything was really spontaneous and out of our norm.  

Before I had one foot invested into arcana I was invested in another fandom that was completely very toxic and I was totally unaware of the abuse I was receiving from this other community. It really brought me out of my shell when I went to this convention. There was a few cosplayers that really changed the view of how I look through things and really open my mind to kind people. Even encouraging me to expand on different social media. It was humbling experience that changed my life and my well over fanart and drive to draw art. It inspired me to got outside my comfort zone and was very supportive.

 But what I really wanna say it would’ve never happen if I never had the game available to me. I know the developers don’t get the best love they should get, and I feel even though they get some praise. There is a lot of people that are really hard on the developers. I just wanna say as now a fan and fanart I really appreciate all the hard work and designs they put into ever character they made. They didn’t just make a game they made a small wonderful community for people to laugh and connect on. I hope to grow as a artist and strive to be like of the game developers some day. Thank you everyone on @thearcanagame​ For all your wonderful written stories and the beautiful magical visuals you make that make people smile.
