Ride like a Pirate

in a universe where when you meet eyes with your soulmate the whole world bursts into colour muse a wakes up and realises that their curtains are purple. they met their soulmate while drunk and can’t remember who they were. meanwhile muse b met their soulmate the previous night and forgot to get their number. a couple days later the pair are introduced by a mutual friend and muse b decides not to say anything when muse a doesn’t either. cue pining on both sides because muse a is starting to fall for someone they don’t think is their soulmate while muse b believes that their soulmate wants nothing to do with them
