The entire Al Jazeera crew were just assassinated in Gaza by Israel. I like so many of you have been watching the systematic killing and extermination of the Palestinian people for over 2 years. And ultimately, a suffering and slow extermination that began in 1948 with the Nakba.

I am so so fucking sick of people carrying on as if this isnt happening every day. I don't give a fuck if it 'ruins your blog' or isnt your content. Palestinian people are being MURDERED to the point of extinction and we are watching this genocide livestreamed onto our phones.

I am begging you to do something. Donate to any link you can, speak up online and in public spaces, contact your MPs. How dare anyone even think of being afraid to do even one of these things when Palestinians have been braving torture, violence, injustice and indifference from the world for over 70 years. How many times do they have to beg for their lives as if human life requires pleading to matter? How many times have these innocent people been robbed of not just their homes, their livelihoods and their family members but the last shreds of their dignity too?

I have such a small presence on this website- and yet I see creators with huge platforms that have said absolutely nothing and it's beyond disappointing- not for the fact that I once admired these artists and content creators and took inspiration from them- but the fact that these are people that are clearly seeing what's going on, and knowing one share or comment would reach hundreds if not thousands of people and genuinely save a life, continue to post normally and not even acknowledge a genocide being livestreamed to the world. That is a deliberate decision.
